Harry,
Do not delay. Please read the document that Les listed in the previous post. It will give you a crash course in what you need to know. Most important, take action now. Many doctors tell us to wait a few months but that is just their stalling technique because they don't know what to do. Get busy studying here on this forum and choose the strategy that seems right for you. The sooner you take action the more likely you are to make improvement. Good luck.

Harry, in addition to the great link that Les provided, please consider having a full blood panel done, including checking on your testosterone.

Hii.. I myself is the junior doctor from India..
First your doctor will put you in vit E or L-argininie or supplements to wait and watch...
It resolves in almost 40-50% of diagnosed case..
After 1-2 years it stops to progress and remains in the stationary phase foreover..
Then is the time for treatment..
New treatment of collegenase approved by FDA is best non invasive treatment modalites  currently , in our country i have inquired of it.. is not available.. is under only selected programs..
One of the most dangerous complication of collegenase iinjections is penile fracture & hematoma.. so is limited to few programes only under strict supervision.

2 or three modalities of surgery is available but have certain side effects like shortening of penis after surgery plus use of graft.

Xavier;

From what we know on this forum, I would dispute your figures of 40-50% of cases resolving themselves. From our experience, it's far less than that!

I believe that it's our view here that the active phase of the disease is the time to be proactive, to attempt to minimize the damage.

Several treatments are recommended and used by some of the world's leading Urologists. These include, pentoxifllyne, low dose Cialis, ALC, and the use of penile traction.

Find a uro who will prescribe pentox.

Best regards,
