I have had peyronies for the last 3 years, done traction and Xiaflex. Now looking at having grafting and a implant at the same time under the recommendation from my Urologist/surgeon, from what i have seen this is major, major surgery. I would like to hear from guy's that have had grafting done with a implant done at the same time. How was the recovery and were you happy with the results?, was there any issue with a loss of sensation or feeling?. What was the degree of ED before your surgery?
I have reached a point where I'm tired of being angry and pissed off. Either i take the next step or do nothing at all and just live with having a bent useless penis that's only good for masturbating if I'm lucky with Viagra to maybe get my dick hard.

I was considering this as well. It seems grafting isn't needed though if getting an implant, as they may release the plaque (slice through it) and stitch loosely so it can expand. See kramer who has a vid of this procedure w implant.
I'm currently awaiting my pre-surgical assessment and counselling session before getting my date for implant surgery with reconstruction (grafting) at the same time here in the UK (NHS). There doesn't seem to be much information from the patient side of the fence for this type of surgery (either here or on FT) which is disappointing. However, my surgeon feels it's the best option for my diagnosis of complex Peyronie's.
I have a stable 45 degree left lateral curvature, and an 80 degree dorsal curvature, along with ED. I can get an uncomfortable erection, but even with Sildenafil cannot maintain one for more than a couple of minutes. Given that further deterioration of erections following grafting is likely (in my case) the implant and reconstruction as a primary option makes sense. Surgeon is recommending a Coloplast Titan implant for the additional rigidity it brings to the table.
I will report back after my assessment in September. Scared shitless, of course, but also blessed with a very supportive partner who has been involved with every consultation so far...
