Quote from: whydidthishavetohappen on September 14, 2023, 07:30:50 AM4. Have you tried traction?
I'm living in the UK which means its difficult to get access to the RestoreX, there are some european alternatives but a lot of people on this forum have talked about them negatively, also im not sure how a traction device would reduce my actual erection angle (not penile curvature angle)

There are other options available, perhaps not as effective as Xiaflex/Restorex but at least they can lead to improvement. I recevied Verapamil injections in the UK with good results. That together with Restorex, manual traction, VED and a change in diet has alltogether done a lot for me. Do not hesitate to DM me if you would like to know more about the treatments available in the UK.

Also, there are some people on the forum selling Restorex devices so keep your eyes on posts for that.

Remember - you're not alone in this! Stay in touch with the other members here and do not give up. I know how you are feeling and so do many others on the forum. For me, the most daunting period was when I did not know what to do to improve my situation, the feeling of total helplessness. But rest assured there are things you can do to make your situation better.

When you make a new topic or reply, right below the reply box you should see a list labeled "Attachments and other options"

Below that you will see
"Attachments:
Drag and drop your files here, or use the button to add files.
"

The rules on attachments are simple
1. Only attachments that add educational clarity to the discussion
2. No gratuitous (Unnecessary or unwarranted; unjustified) sexual content
3. Limit the size to a reasonable image size less than full screen

Hey everyone!

I believe we updated the forum as I don't see this option anymore to add attachment in the body of the reply box. How can I add a photo to one of my threads? And are there rules about where or how to post a photo?

Quote from: V_Frost on September 16, 2023, 04:21:02 PMDo you think adding L-Citruline might worsen my tinnitus??? Even with my 2.5 Cialis every other day my tinnitus increases even though not as much as daily, when I was taking daily Cialis and added Arginine it really worsened, Citruline might have the same effect???

Honestly have no idea. Never heard that Citruline causes tinitus.

Quote from: Sonic on September 16, 2023, 08:36:36 AMYes. I noticed you also asked about L-citruline. This is very good to combine with your cialis. Make sure it is pure L-citruline and not the malate variant. 3000-5000mg a day is good dosage.

Injections for Erectile Dysfunction / Re: Trimix question

I have not read of a single person neither here, on FT or anywhere else where injections worked in the long run. Everyone either had to quit or got more scarring. No one at our age should inject their penis to get erect. Save money time and further pain by going for the implant. Dr Hakky will save your sex life.

Penile Implants / Re: Is it time for an implant,...

I think I already have said this earlier in this thread but if Hakky is your surgeon, based on your story then nothing should be holding you back. He is one of the top 5 implant surgeons in the world, you have access to him, you literally have nothing to lose. The chance of success and satisfaction with him is probably over 90%. Get it done and move on with your life and put this behind you. The more you wait the more you will regret not doing it earlier.

If I had the chance to do the operation with Dr Hakky I would literally do it right now if I could.

Introduce Yourself / Re: Too young for this

Quote from: Hawk on September 14, 2023, 12:13:00 PMI once held an 18-year-old boy in my arms who decided (while drunk) that his life was too messed up, and he shot himself with a shotgun.  I went into the ER with him and helped the staff. (I was a cop at the time).  He died.  I will never forget him.  How badly I wanted to tell him that nothing can be so wrong at 18 that it cannot be resolved into a good life.

What a horrible situation and memory this must be. I don't know if this is the first time you mentioned this or not but thank you for sharing this tragic moment, so sad indeed. Did not know that you also used to be a cop Hawk. Hope you are doing well!!

Welcome Steve_City to the forum. Thank you for filling out your signature line and hopefully you have read our survival guide -->Survival Guide .
This is amazing that you are doing so well! The acute stage of peyronies can last up to 18 months before settling down. Then it is the chronic phase. The Restorex can restore lost length and girth and each individual is different. Take things slow and let pain be a guide. Keep us updated.
