Quote from: ledavis on June 30, 2024, 11:24:35 AMMy doctor prescribed me 5mg of cialis for my peyronie's.  I take 100 mg of silidifil whenever intimacy occurs with my wife. Doctor told me I might only need smaller dose of silidifil with my cialis,  well I took 50 mg of silidifil and really struggled.  I want to take my 100 mg but afraid of too much. Anyone have experience with taking cialis and silidifil?

I have not tried it, but some members here did and they reported on their experience on the board. I would say that you can try a few times, to see if you always struggle and then try half a pill? so you would be at 75mg?

General Discussion About Erectile Dysfunction / Hourglassing
Last post by kalu12 - July 04, 2024, 06:53:04 PM
Can someone help me with this problem that I have , specifically hourglassing

While going from soft to hard i experience hourglassing in the mid shaft
I can't achive a firm errection, some people say it's caused by tight pelvic floor muscles, or issues with pevic floor, other people say it's scar tissue or fibrosis inside the penis
Can somebody give me some advice or people that have had hourglassing and got rid of it or cured it

Thanks

Introduce Yourself / Re: New here

Almost a year ago I was diagnosed by my GP, sent to a urologist whom I've really come to like. He injected my penis twice and got results weeks later. Then a third injection followed. Ouch!! The downward curve reduced slightly from 30°. My erection went from 6 1/4" to 5 1/2" and the girth reduced.
I don't use any devices, only the stretching exercises to break the plaque. It's helped.

I only used the first klick at the second position of the clamp 🤔

You can adjust the clamp so it's not as tight. Made a big difference in comfort for me

First 30 minutes of RestoreX are through.
Clamp not worth the fear, glans looks better than after PMP.
Will it be effective?
Somehow I have more trust in less but longer traction, but we will see.
For now it's the RestoreX

In my opinion VED therapy is a great adjunct to your peyronies treatment. It does help with bringing in fresh blood/oxygen and stretches things out. Give it a try and see for yourself if it works for you. Follow the protocol suggested here in the forum.

I am not sure on that one. Just go into your local drugstore and look for something similar. It should be sponge material to put on makeup with.

Hey friends,

I haven't posted in about a year. Things have been pretty stable except I feel like I've had a bit more loss of girth. Chatted with my doctor and we are starting me back on Cialis, upping RestoreX use, and he also mentioned VED. I have appointment with urologist in about a month and will ask him too but wanted some advice.

I've been reading posts here about it, but hesitant to buy another device. RestoreX definitely helped with erectikn strength and maybe added some length back but haven't noticed much difference with girth.

Has anyone found VED help with girth? Is it just for after use or does that girth have the potential to stick around?

I'm also hesitant to stay on cialis for long term use but it seems like that's the direction I'm headed. I have a hinge so makes everything a bit more stable.

Thanks!
