Title: Incredibly Confused (Reposted on the right Board)
Post by: supernova on January 23, 2023, 11:15:22 PM
Got contacted by the office of Dr. Trost today and got notified I had to take pictures of my erect penis. I have some mild/moderate Erectile Dysfunction since the incident and decided to stimulate my prostate, very lightly massage my penis with lube (When I say lightly I really mean lightly and for about 15 seconds in total) and watch some pornography to try and get a decent erection. I wasn't able to achieve a good erection but I noticed a couple of things:

•It seems as tho the curve is already mostly gone for some reason at least in semi erect stage
•I had a stinging sensation in my urethra and urethral canal when the semi came down.
•The penis skin was quite dark and blood vessels are somewhat inflamed
• Still some minor hourglassing under glans, could this be phimosis caused by inflammation ?

I'm literally utterly confused has to what that could signify, is the stinging after semi erection bad or mostly insignificant ? Is anal stimulation a safer way to induce erection ?

This may be a post for my fellow gay man if any are here, tho straight man can and do also stimulate anally sometimes

I have heard of prostate stimulation inducing orgasm but I have never tried it. I may be wrong but It seems illogical to me though that you could get the best possible erection in that manner since your dick won't be stimulated. My erections laying down are not that great at the moment so what I've done is just look at a little porn and kinda rub it against my leg until is semi as soon as it's 60-70% then I pull out and thrust with my boxers or shorts resting below my dick. The friction caused by boxers/shorts on the underside I've found I can get fully hard this route and eliminate my hand from the equation so I don't have to touch the area of injury.

Dr. Trost's office wants to see the curve so make sure to capture good images of that.

I can confirm that prostate stimulation does in fact produce a very strong erection normally, problem is even with maximal stimulation from every avenue possible, I can't seem to produce a good EQ.

I have an appointment in a week with a general urologist where I will try and get a cialis prescription as I think that this is the only way I'll be able to take the pictures with just how badly stressed I am about this whole thing.

I'm really hoping that I am right tho and that the curve i first saw a couple days ago in semi erect state is now gone. I will still continue everything I can to make sure it heals and I will still seek consultation to be a 100% sure. It's just scary to know that at a full erection I could be having a curve but I can't verify becauze of Erectile Dysfunction.

i know I was told by many people that erections don't cause any damage, but they are still painful once they come down and that contributes to the stress a lot

The more I think about it, the more I think that masturbation via the prostate should be experimented with as a way to help Erectile Dysfunction, promote blood flow and as an alternative to "classic" masturbation
