Hi all. I've already written some posts, but at the moment i really need your help since you have got more experience than me.
That's my problem: I have some signs of Peyronies Disease, but my Peyronies Disease is really weird and mysterious. Please, if someone reads, give me some advices.
I'll now write the signs that i have a Peyronies Disease, and then i'll write the strangenesses.
Signs i've got Peyronies Disease:
1. a bend on the left part of the penis, about 10-15° degree in erection.
2. an ultrasound found me a 7x1.7mm fibrotic tissue.
3. mild ed, especially in mantaining the erection.
4. no morning wood since years.
And that's all. All looks 'normal', you would say. But here's my strangenesses:
Strangeness:
1. My penis began to curve something like 3 years and half ago. It is possible that i'm still in acute phase?? I'm responding to ionthophoresis treatments, how's that possible?
2. After 3 years and half without ANY TREATMENT (i began 3 months ago) i haven't still generated a plaque.
3. No strange signs or things inside the penis if i touch it.
NOW, THE VERY STRANGE PART:
4. I never felt pain. NEVER. That's why i didn't go to my urologist before; i thought that the bend was due to the position of my penis inside the pants.
5. I told you that i've got a fibrosis, right? OK: the fibrosis is on the dorsal part of my penis, so "upstairs". But my penis curves on the left part, and i haven't got any problem where the fibrosis should be!!!!!! (i can prove it with photos of my penis in erection and of my ultrasound!)
6. Acute phase after more than 3 years and half?! Seriously?!
7. My bend is almost not noticeable while flaccid. But when i get "semi erect" my penis curves of about 45-50° degrees and, when i get the full erection, it returns almost straight, about 10-15° maximum as i said before. The more i get erect, the less my penis curves.
Conclusion:
My case is strange, and i see many differences between my Peyronies Disease and yours. I don't even know what to think . Please give me some advice as i am really SCARED that this could get worse: i would really love to avoid it, since my mild ed and mild bend is already starting to ruin my life and i don't want it to progress. Only sincere and honest opinions, please.
I know this is a little bit long to read, but cmon guys, give me 5 minutes of your time.. ;D
If no worsening after 3 years it seems to have stabilized. Not all fibrous plaques calcify so that doesn't rule out peyronies.
Hi, don't think anyone can see what's going to happen in the future not even a expert, so i think you need to try out a treatment, could be traction, VED, hand stretching & massage, this Peyronies Disease is not black and white it can change as you progress your treatment, good idea to keep a Peyronies Disease diary so you can look back and see what's working for you.
