Title: Congenital Ventral Curvature
Post by: Fidelio on June 04, 2013, 12:20:00 AM
Hi,
I have congenital ventral curvature since I was teenager, 45 degrees on 19.5cms, I decide to proceed with surgery, Plication or Nesbitt, I know some length will be gone, I am wondering how many cms. I am looking for a good doctor in Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver in Canada.

Bye

With 19.5cm before surgery you will be OK after also ;D
BUT you must find a good surgeon!!!

Finally got pre operative assesment, Nesbitt procedure which will consist of degloving, sutures to be applied to correct curvature, no dissection, lenght loss around 2 cms. No date for surgery yet, I will keep forum posted of date and location of surgery.
