To be honest most of us ''veterans'' on here always try to respond to questions best we can, maybe the forum just isn't as active anymore or perhaps the length of your post might have been too long for some to read but I will try answer as best as I can.

First off. There definitely may have been some trauma that happened during your , let's call it 'jeans incident'' (lol)

Pretty much any trauma can set off a cascade of inflammation that may or may not lead to this condition. It is good that you started the daily tadalafil. However there has been no conclusive proof that this stops or helps remove any deformity. It is however good for blood flow down there which leads to my second point. Which is in terms of supplements, antioxidants and such, they pretty much won't do anything for this disease. They are definitely good for your overall health make no mistake, for instance you wrote about coq10, a fantastic health supplement, but if you hope these will help with your deformity, forget it.

The only supplements that are worth it are those that enhance bloodflow. Such as tadalafil that you are taking, try get your hands on some pure L-citruline. Around 3000 - 5000 mg a day is a good dose. Supplements that helps with better blood flow will help with better erections and that is kinda crucial for us with this condition because regular erections of poor quality will definitely lead to atrophy in the long run. So remember to always try have the best erections you can during masturbation/sex to prevent the size loss effect.

VED is a good tool. It helps fill your dick with blood daily but keep in mind use it as a rehabilitation tool and not a dick size increasing tool. There is a protocol on here, look it up. Always pump slowly, make sure you do not have any pain or discomfort when doing it, and once you have reached an erection do not hold it for too long, 30 seconds per hold is a good starting point. With time you can increase it to 1 minute. Do 10 holds per day.

Please do not stretch your dick by hand as multiple people on here has become worse off by doing that. If you wish to continue doing it, do so at your own risk.

I do not know if this was helpful but I tried to be as helpful as I could.

I wish you all the best in the battle with this condition. It is an up and down battle for sure. Some days you feel better some days you feel like you hit rock bottom. This is completely normal. It is afterall our manhood being affected here and that takes a toll on every man. You are also very young so I know how it feels, I got it when I was around your age (26)

Never let the condition get the best of you. No matter how bad things look you gotta find a way to stay positive. If at the end of the day you have gotten to a point where nothing seems to help an implant is always there as a last resort option.

Best of luck!

Hi, everyone

I have just found this forum and this is My first topic.
First of all, I am 50y and diagnosed since 2020. Had a 60 degree curve to the left that was corrected with surgery without graft some months ago. For some reason, it is coming back- a slight curve, numbness in the penis and NTE pain. Just like it was in 2020.
I was using tadalafil and other oral stuff (vit E, coq10, etc.) among a vaccum pump 15 minutes a day (just 50% erection, 12 cycles of 1 minute)
As a was waking Up every night due to pain and couldnt sleep again because of Peyronie anxiety, I had to stop tadalafil and I am only using VED.
Now the pain at night is vary rare, but I am worried about not taking it during the accute phase.
Do you think it is really important? Can the VED alone stop progression?

p11050: I only saw your post now, but I was very impressed. Sorry you went through this.

How is your condition now? Any improvement?

I have never heard of such symptoms, related to this disease. Could you have another health condition that you are not aware of? Have you mentioned this to a doctor? Maybe you could do a physical exam to rule out what I could be.

Welcome Spid63 to the forum and thank you for filling out your signature line. Also please download our survival guide -->Survival Guide.

Sorry to hear about your situation. So 9 years ago you developed peyronies and then in 2021 you underwent 2 Xiaflex treatments. So during your Xiaflex treatments did you actually use the traction device as this is standard procedure for helping the medication remodel your penis? How much of an improvement did you see? You may have gotten even better results if you continued with the traction. So how much of a deformity do you have now?

VED could help you somewhat, you just need to give it a try. You say your erections are fine and you are in no pain which is good. In looking for a VED device you need to get one that does have a pressure gauge on it. Also make sure that you do not get one with an automatic pump as this could be dangerous in over pumping. The VED protocol here has you using graduated sizes for pumping with very short holding times after reaching your erection. I have been using the LeLuv cylinders through Kodidistributing. Quality is what you should look for as a lot of them are cheaply made. You also need a pressure gauge on it to never overpum as you can damage yourself.

Search the forum and you will gain some insight into VED therapy from other members. Time and dedication are required though with any peyronies treatment. We adopt the mindset that this is a marathon and not a sprint.  :)

Hello everyone,

I stumbled upon this forum by accident while researching about Peyronie's Disease.

I have been dealing with Peyronie's since 2015. Interestingly, during that same period, I also went through a divorce. No, Peyronie's wasn't the reason for it; there were other factors involved. In fact, my ex-wife isn't even aware of my condition, as our marital issues began long before 2015, which was just the final chapter of our relationship. Surprisingly, this separation helped me avoid sinking into depression over Peyronie's. Starting a new relationship or getting romantically involved with someone else was the last thing on my mind. To be frank, for years, thoughts of sex didn't even cross my mind, and strangely, it helped my mental well-being.

Between late June and early July 2021, I underwent treatment with two Xiaflex 0.9 mg injections, which helped eliminate the plaque and improve the curvature. Post-Xiaflex treatment, I experimented with traction devices like the Restorex to regain my original length. However, due to my procrastination and lack of time and privacy, I eventually abandoned using them.

Now, I find myself at a stage where I want to rekindle my sexuality, and I seek your advice regarding choosing a vacuum pump, which I'll discuss further in a dedicated thread.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Best regards.

Hi P11050,

I am suffering from herniations in the tunica albuginea that resulted from a botched Nesbit surgery (not form Xiaflex treatment as was your case, but the result is the same). Have you tried any treatment/surgery for your hernia? What type of treatment did you do, with what doctor and was the procedure successful?

Which doctors do you recommend me to talk to about potencial solutions to my penile hernias?

All your help will be very welcome! Thank you very much.
