Hello everyone. I saw this website and I wanted to know if it's legitimate... This paragraph especially....
As your penis gets more and more bent, you think you are getting "worse". More sick. Nothing is further from the truth.

If my bend is getting worse, does that mean my Peyronies is getting worse or is it part of the healing process?!?! Is this the healing process involved with scar tissue?
If the bend is getting worse, it's getting worse. A bend = peyronie's, and does not require scarring per se.
This blog is referring to the fact that your penis is trying to heal. Inflammation is the underlying problem, so healing is indeed a natural response, but that doesn't mean your penis is truly "healing."
Bad wording I would say.
The way I look at it is..
before peyronies I had a huge infection in my arm from an IV. From that I got superficial thombrosis of the veins...all the veins in my arm went hard. This is an inflammatory condition to my understanding. Soon after I got peyronies. My arm took over a year to be back to somewhat normal and as it has gotten better so has my peyronies alongside it. I believe it is connected...has to be...but the point is that internally the body takes a longer time to heal than externally. I stopped using my dick, I maintained regular erections and now I am starting tracting and very optimistic. So who knows? My bend got worse as time went on, but as far as how it feels while erect its all good.

Peyronie is an proliferative disease, it get worse overtime. Some therapy can slow down it and keep the progression at the bay for a while.
For most men Peyronies goes through an acute stage and then stabilizes. Various treatments and options are available depending on each person's symptoms, pain, degree of curvature, function, etc.
It's crazy how for a lot of you the disease seems to get worse and acute phase returns once in a while. I notice it as well, but no doctor EVER even properly doagnosed me with peyronies let alone believe it's still progresaing aftee years. It's sad how little uro's know even some good ones, at least here in Holland. Never got any help either.
