Title: With an implant did you get back your original girth?
Post by: jfest on February 28, 2020, 03:34:12 PM
Just curious. For those who got an implant for their Peyronies, did you get back your pre-Peyronies girth? I know length is difficult to get back, but I am curious at least about girth.

I think it depends on what you start with.  Titan has various girth's and all wider than AMS.

See my post.
I gained girth, my penis is more even then it has been in years. I had a slight hourglass for the past 7 years, but with my implant, that is now gone. My penis is also substantially thicker at its base. My thickness is wider. It's shape is like a paper towel roll that has been somewhat flattened. In other words the cylinders make it more oval than round. But who cares, girth is girth.

With my titan i've has the same increase in girth!  Prior w the AMS CX I probably had about the same girth of pre Peyronies size.  Titans have the most girth...see charts of implant dimensions in implant forum.

Here's one: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12644.0.html

Nothing wrong with the question above which is the most frequent, hence super respectful..but isnt more important getting to know if the overall sexual feeling and the everyday feeling post implant is the same?

I can only speak for myself, but my sexual feeling has improved dramatically. My thoughts before was I going to be able to have sex or not. Would I be able to get and then maintain my erection. There was a lot of psychological issues going on, which further complicated my sexual feeling. Sex has always been a very emotional and physical bond.
I believe when I have my cylinders pumped, it creates a greater stimulation for me and my spouse. It seems like the nerves are more sensitive. I still have a numbness in the underside of my penis, but I have been told that will take some time to return. BUT, it has never hampered me into have mind blowing sex and same for my spouse.
So to answer your question more directly, I would say that that the overall sexual feeling and the everyday feeling post implant is a thousand times better!
I haven't enjoyed sex like this since my early 30's, so the implant has far surpassed my pre implant sex.

Couldn't agree more, StepOne.

I mean no offence to anyone who is having major sexual issues with their erections - Lord knows this is a horrible and soul destroying disease, and I was also in that very dark place - but us implantees keep reassuring everyone with the same advice over and over again. These journals on here are worth their weight in gold and if visitors and members would take the time to read them they'd find the same advice given by nearly everyone who has undergone implant surgery. And the magnificent success stories that have been lived. That's not to say you haven't already read multiple journals, but just emphasising their importance to anyone needing help and advice.

I have more prolonged sex, take longer to climax - and not because the sensation is inferior to
Pre-implant, it's just as sensitive - and I can have sex in all positions which I could never do before. To specifically answer your question, the sex now is better than ever. A word of caution tho if you're wanting to throw your love around like a wannabe porn star or the likes and are disappointed by the quality of your sex 🤣, my excitement and ecstasy would not be so extreme if my good lady wasn't,  in my eyes, a knock-out 10/10 in the sack.

Hope this helps?

Thanks roddy, i understand what are you saying but before ed i wouls get hard and as more i would get harder i would get more horny-than more horny -than more hard until i would completly get lost contact with reality and i would simply only think how to get off, now its like that cycle is broken, so i want to know how constantly hard erection works in this department... i know this is specific question but this is most important thing for me as i said idont care if i need to pump my erection or anything else....

Again, there is no reduction in sensation with an implant.  If you have a scrotal approach which I personally recommend you will have a little numbness on the skin right were the underside of the penis meets the scrotum.  That disappears slowly over a year but you are TOTALLY unaware of it during sex.

I have been a multi-orgasmic guy.  I have been told by a world-renown male sexual dysfunction doctor that is VERY rare.  On rare occasions, I have had as high as 5 orgasms from a single erection and have had sex until I rubbed a blister in my youth BUT I have NO idea what a trance-inducing erection is.

You can either have an erection and have mind-blowing sex or you can't.  If you can't have sex because you cannot have an erection an implant will restore you.  There are not many more ways to say it and saying 40 times does not make it more or less true.

NO man on this forum ever had an implant without regretting that he did not have it sooner.  They knew what sex was like in their prime and what it is like now and they are thrilled.  That says it all.

I don't really know what my girth was.  I don't think I lost much if any girth with Peyronies Disease.  I did, however, have a large dent in the base where there was a localized loss of girth similar to hourglassing.  The Titan fixed that from the first day I inflated and increased my overall girth about 1/8" - 1/4"  over my VED girth.  So I think I had slight gains over my natural girth and I did have total restoration of dents and hourglassing.

My length and girth doubled. I have the AMS LGX.  I cycled for 30 minutes twice a day, almost every day, for more than 2 years (it was 2 years Dec 14th.) I still cycle. :)
