it wont hurt but if your diet is already decent, they are unlikely to make a difference.

You have gone through a similar process to most of us on here and you have been very thorough with your research, which is great.

The fact that your symptoms are mild and without a curve, is also something to feel very positive about.

As someone who has spoken to quite a few urologists, the advice you have been given doesn't seem to be inaccurate. Cialis is great for ED and while yes, some studies suggest it "might" offer some benefit for the scarring, the evidence isnt strong enough for the doctor to recommend it as a primary treatment for Peyronies, even in the early stages.

Traction therapy is probably your best bet. Everything else is just fluff as far as I'm concerned, including all the supplements that "supposedly" help. As long as your diet is decent and you are keeping yourself active, try not to get too worked up about it.

If I were in your position, I would simply continue with cialis and buy a second hand restorex, start slow and stick it out for the best part of a year, then review after.

Maybe avoid asking questions to a.i bots like chat GPT also. I understand the temptation as I have done it myself but not only is it wrong a lot of the time, the countless hours spent using it will only stress you out more.

Best of luck man.

Hi Johan, to be honest you're likely still going to get a good stretch on the plaque as is, but I agree if it were at the place you point to in picture 2 it would be a bit more optimal and likely receive more of a stretch. Good luck! Any results so far from a few weeks of use?

When I do the bending with Restorex, my plaque is where I point, at picture 1. But is that a little to far towards the front you think? I would think it is better to have the plaque where I point at picture 2.

What do you think?

I have mesured the tip of the penis to the bend, and placed the clamp att position two, according to the Restorex manual

Thanks so much, these are exactly what I was looking for.

Interestingly, I have found that if i put both pads on either end of the clamp, all that I need to prevent slippage is a single wrap of brown tape and 1 click.

Does make a huge difference.

I contacted Restorex because I wanted their particular pad because it is not slick and silky like most of the ones you get off the internet. Yes, I tried some before contacting them.

They provided a link to Amazon for:
Luckycivia 30 Pieces 2.2 Inch Cosmetic Powder Puff, Soft Sponge Foundation Makeup Tool, BB Cream Foundation Sponge Air Powder Puff, for Loose Powder, Face Powder and Foundation Powder

$7.99.

I can confirm that it is exactly the same as the ones that come in the box with Restorex. Very big difference on slippage.  I still advise clamping the glans with some pressure then waiting 2 or 3 minutes for the fluids to be pressed out of the glans then tightening as much as comfortable. You will see a huge difference in traction.

Penimaster Pro, fully sanitized of course. For sale for half the price 198 us dollar, or 2000 swedish crowns.

I can of course send it to other countries, but I dont know how it works with the money transfer.

Hi all!

Been dealing with allt this for over a year now, from an injury. I have an indentation that for the most part felt pretty shallow, however I fear it might be getting worse and I want to ask for advice. I thought i was out of the woods but now I'm currently having a flare up, with soreness etc, it feels like a wound.

I feel like the the indentation might be getting worse now. last time I had and erection and felt the area it felt like the edges of this indetation was smoothing out and maybe becoming like an hourglass, and maybe also deepening a little, which doesn't feel like a positive sign. for context it's only on my left side, distal, close to a circumcision scar.
My mistake was feeling too confident 3 weeks ago, because i went and had 2 erections on the same, which at the moment felt ok. turns out I can no longer have this without repercussions, i think this led to the soreness I have today.

My question is, what can I do about indentation and avoid it getting worse?

Anyone here who managed to improve an indentation? can it smoothe/fill out out somehow? what can be done about it? it feels like the penis is slowly tearing apart somehow, the indent can be felt while flaccid too.

I'm at the moment avoiding arginine/tadalafil because it makes me have erections easily which in turn worsens pain and other symptom. but I should give it a try once the pain subsides right?

For the record I think I have a bout of hard flaccid too, with various symptoms.

thanks for reading this far and hopeful for any advice!

Thought I would add a tip here, as someone who is also on the smaller side.

What worked for me was putting the Restorex on, unclipping the clamp section and fastening it to your glads free-hand, then slowly stretch it forward until you can clip it back into place.

From there you can engage the springs and continue with traction as normal.
