What can you advise me, because doctors in Poland very little know about Peyronies Disease.
As I mentioned I get Dexamethasone (steroids) injections - I already have 2 and will still be 4-6. I also have ED (weak erections during stimulation and probably complete lack of erection in the night). My doctor prescribed Slidenafil 100 mg (VIAGRA equivalent). I asked him to write me a Pentox, but he just smiled with pity ...
How do I explain to him that in the western world doctors use Pentax to treat Peyronies Disease?
What should I do?
Should I take Sildenafil 100mg only before sex or can it be divided into smaller (25 mg) doses and taken daily?
In the forum I have read that Cialis (in Poland is very expensive tablets) in small doses 2.5-5 mg daily or every 3 days. Should I take Sildenafil (eg 25 mg every 3 days) to improve the blood supply of my penis?

I am using 50 mg or 100 mg for sex, using every other day 25 mg if I run out of Cialis. To get the 25 mg, I cut the 100 mg in 4.
For me Cialis work for treatment in 4 or 5 mg every other day(I cu the 20 mg in 4 or 5)
As you just start to use Viagra, proposing you to start with 50 mg. If not helps enough, take 100.
Be careful, never more than 100 mg

Thank you for the information. How long have you used such treatment?
Can there be any side effects with prolonged use of Sildenafil? I took Sildenafil twice (at a dose of 100 mg) and every day the next day I was very sleepy - I probably had low blood pressure.
I will just add that my ED problems have deepened as I left after two years of L-Arginine. Does Sildenafil work on the same principle as L-Arginine?

100 mg Sidenafil makes me sleepy also.
50 mg much less.
It lowers blood pressure, but the effect suppose to be gone after 8 hours.
Tried L-Arginine for a few months, didn't helped me with nothing

I printed several documents, but even looked at them. Urologists who have been claiming that Pentox is not a cure for Peyronies Disease, only for bad circulation in the legs. They do not want to rewrite it - I feel as though they are outraged by the fact that I am instructing them. Damn I do not know what to do?

Ask your GP doctor to prescribe it for blood circulation. Tell him you have cramps in you legs and feet, especially at night.

Hello,
I noticed that I have cold feet and hands (last year it was not so) - so this is another proof that I destroyed my veins using daily doses of 2500-3000 mg L-arginine.
I was able to buy over 170 tablets of Polfilin prolongatum (Pentoxifylline) online with 400 mg. Two months should be enough, but what next I do not know?
I was at an internist. I told him all my symptoms.The doctor wants to see if I have atherosclerosis or cardiovascular disease. Maybe the doctor will recommend me to use Pentox?
Another urologist, with whom I was told that he thought Dexamethasone injections would not help and he would not use them. He gave me a prescription for 150 tablets of Sildenafil 5mg - I take a bedtime from last Thursday, but I have not noticed any improvement. Because my mental state is getting worse - I suffer from insomnia and I have depression I went to psychiatry yesterday. I got Trittico CR (trazodone) 75 mg and Asertin 50 (sertraline).
I have one VED cylinder, but in the forum I read that it is not very effective in Peyronies Disease treatment - I do not know if I use it well.
I think the problem is that my penis has a bottleneck.
Allegedly 3 cylinders is better, but I do not know how and where to buy it, besides I have no money anymore.
I have no strength and hope.I have ED - no erections even weak. My penis has shrunk for about a month (about 2 cm), has an hourglass shape (bottlenose), and after the injections of dexamethasone it has a soft head.
I do not know if I should continue with steroid injections. I'm afraid it only aggravates the condition of my penis.
I try to comfort myself that there is always an implant, but that is no consolation!
I know that my posts are a call for help and a voice of despair, and not factual information. But I do not know what to do? I have the impression that for doctors I am only a source of money and experimental rat.
Did any of you have complete ED and managed to overcome it?
I know every case is different, but I'm looking for a way to save myself.
How do I use all these medicines? Should VED once or twice a day?
