Introduce Yourself / Re: My story so far - Diagnose...
Last post by NylonApple - Yesterday at 06:48:22 PM
I was diagnosed by my description of an indent while erect near the base and very mild discomfort in that spot after sex and a buldging vein in that spot.  I have also developed a gradually worsening tilt to the left towards the side with the indent.

No ultrasound, no palpable plaques.  Doctor said he thinks it is early peyronies.

Its been almost 2 weeks since the pulling injury incident now and the constant pain has finally gone down to a level I can ignore throughout the day.  The bend has become worse since the incident and well and worse erections and pain after erecctions.  I have been avoiding sexual activity until yesterday when I was very slow and careful with my wife, things work but feel weird and it hurt afterwards.  Going to continue taking more time to heal.

Thanks Sonic.

I've been putting my penis under a lot of strain by doing traction with RestoreX.

I do it despite the discomfort and always push it to the max settings.

Here is what my foreskin looks like by my glans.

It's swollen and hangs back from all the strong traction and now has a raised tough scar.

It doesn't bother me if it means the curve will go.

Has anyone else experienced the same from long term use of RestoreX?

Wow! Already on those recent side by side pics there is quite a big difference in my opinion considering you've had only one shot so far. I am so happy for you. Looking forward to future updates.

I'm late to this thread, but I also suffer a less than satisfactory ejaculation.

I had aggressive chemo for leukaemia 9 years ago, I also had 8 injections into my spine, I assumed these had caused some nerve damage?

Also, my ejaculations seem to be split into 2 parts (sorry, I don't know the correct terms, so I'm going to have to be crude.) first is what I'll call the 'pre-cum' which is followed by very thick semen. Does anybody else experience this?

Tadalafil is used frequently for men with peyronies. It helps reduce inflammation and promote healing through promoting erections and bringing in fresh oxygenated blood. Starting off with 2.5mgs a day is usually where a lot of men begin. Sorry to hear about your condition. Look into traction and VED therapy as this is also what a lot of men start with in their peyronies treatment. You really need to be your own advocate as their are not a lot of peyronies Dr's out there. Educate yourself from studying our survival guide and reading the forum. :)

Concern About Penile Length Loss: Flaccid Stretched or Erect Measurement?

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you to all those who keep this invaluable support space alive. It means a lot.

I'm reaching out today because I'm struggling to understand what's happening to me, and I'm hoping to find support and guidance here. I've realized that navigating this journey alone—or even with a random urologist who might not fully understand—is not the way forward. That's why I'm turning to this community.

Here's my situation:

For the past two months, I've been dealing with pain around a scar located halfway down the underside of my penis, around the urethra area.
It's a scar I had never really noticed before—it had never been painful, and I'm pretty sure it's always been there.
Now, however, it's causing indentations and some weakness at that spot, with a slight hourglass effect.
There's no obvious curvature (yet), but I'm deeply worried.

To be honest, I'm terrified of what's to come.
Mentally, I've always been a bit fragile, and this situation has pushed me into a severe depression.
I'm constantly haunted by dark thoughts and overwhelming fear—fear of every possible deformation that might develop.

So I have a specific question:

How can someone know if they're actually losing penile length?

Is measuring the stretched flaccid penis a reliable indicator?

I find it hard to measure during an erection because I'm so anxious about what I'll see, I'm not sure the result would even be accurate...

My current treatment:

Celebrex: twice a day

CoQ10: 300mg/day

Propolis: 400mg/day

Vitamin E: 500mg/day

Pentoxifylline: 3 x 400mg/day

Black seed oil: twice a day

Hyperthermia: every other day

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message.
I truly hope I can find the kind of support here that I haven't been able to find elsewhere.

Wishing strength and healing to all of you.

Warmly,
Fred

Yes, this is the generic form of Xiaflex that contains the active ingredient Collagenase.

There's a big misconception that we can no longer get hold of Xiaflex in Europe when we actually can.

I've went to International Andrology London and had a collagenase injection by Dr Amr Raheem.

The cost is £250 for the consultation and £1,900 per injection and the recommended course of 3 injections comes to £5,950.

There is a clinic down the road from there around Harley Street called London Andrology. They are wanting  just under £12,000 per injection for branded Xiaflex.

Their total cost is just under £40,000. The one doing the treatment is called Mr Tet Yap.

I'm hoping I'll see a noticeable improvement.

I am doing RestoreX to the highest tension and VED twice a day.

That's the key to results with the injections.

Oh and the app is called Angle Meter.

Oral Drugs and Supplements for Erectile Dysfunction / Tafadafil
Last post by Ajhood - Yesterday at 04:33:36 AM
Hi guys.
Quite new to the forum and about to embark on a Tadalafil regime.
I live in Japan and believe or not they won't prescribe it for peyronies, only couples trying for children.
Only got offered Vitamin E at urology, he was garbage.
Anyway, got some 5mgs ordered of internet, plus I've ordered a pill cutter because I want to start at 2.5mg.
So basically how long are you expected to take such medication, months, years?
I've no idea as my urologist was a joke.
Thanks for any input.

Sounds like you are really doing everything you can buddy, well done. You are giving yourself the best chance of recovery thats for sure.

Out of interest, could you see your plaque when flaccid or erect. If so, what did it look like?

All the best!
