I have a post (image) in the surgery section of the forum (the sub section that allows images). I am really stuck in whether I will opt for surgery or not. It would be helpful to hear your suggestions if you go there. Sex is working most of the time but not all positions. I have no pain etc.

I had the same curvature. Sex was boring due to restricted positions. U have to do the surgery. Ur curvature is severe. My only tip: go to a reconstructive urologist. Get the surgery by a peyronie expert!!!! If you choose to do the surgery by a general urologist, your sexual life will end in a funny way. If you have the money then go to joel gelman or andrew kramer.

I have very differing suggestions right now. I have always had a curve - but these past 6 months it's been accompanied by some ED and hourglassing/dents. I have been visiting a few urologists (here in Sweden that's the only ones to visit for this). They are reluctant when it comes to surgery and if I want to go down that route plication is what's been suggested as method. As for now I am using VED and low dose Cialis.
