Title: Plaque remission success! (confirmed by ultrasound)
Post by: peyroniesurprise on March 10, 2020, 07:11:54 PM
So i am pretty extatic right now but i don't have time to write all of the story however i promise i will get back soon, in a couple of days.

Long story short - diagnosed with Peyronie 15 months ago or so. Had ultrasound done: there was a plaque of 3,6mm. I went for a follow up today and i found out that the plaque broke in half (first half is 1,3 mm the other is less than 1 mm. I did notice that in the last month or so the penis finally looks normal in a flaccid state, not shriveled and firm. I also noticed that i no longer have pain during erection. The hourglass disappeared more than 6 months ago but i lost about 1,5 cm in lenght and some girth. Those are still not completely back but it is getting there.

I had no typical drugs treatments (no xiaflex etc). What i did is i completely stopped jerking off and staying aroused like i used to by fantasizing or watching porn. I also used some copper supplements and i then noticed a big improvement. Other than that, i eat a lot of garlic and other foods that help with Nitric Oxide. I think improper blood circulation is a very big part of it. I did use vitamin E but sparingly.

I will think and come up with an exhaustive list of what i have been doing. I just wanted to drop by and tell you that recovery IS possible, not only that but without specific meds or surgery.

W so little treatment I wonder if you fall in the small group whe experience spontaneous improvement.  Also, to treat the remaining girt and length loss, you may want to add modalities such as traction and low dose nightly pde5i.  Congrats in your success!

That's amazing news.

It's absurd how much resting the penis and limiting arousal (no porn) can heal the penis. Masturbation once a week or once every two weeks and zero porn restores your penile tissue in a very mysterious way, as if your penile cells "wake up" as the tissue becomes sensitive again. This no doubt has to do with the brain, arousal, and nitric oxide, but it's pretty amazing. When you combine that with traction and diet, the disease has no real way to advance unless you're actively injuring your penis or have a case requiring surgery.

Brilliant!

That confirms it. Nofap helps. I've tried to do nofap but I keep falling but with your account and my own experience and others I think it's reasonable that mastubation only makes it worse.

I've got until July 20th when I start full time work. I'm gonna throw everything at this disease. Your copper seems like a good thing to add.

Were gonna make it!

That's amazing, man. Congratulations, really. I have a plaque below my glans which hasn't changed in size.
If you have any other tips, feel free to share them.

If nofap is difficult, lots of other approaches to try...from traction/VED, low dose nightly pde5i, low carb/intermittent fasting diets, etc.

New member. Have had disease for 3yrs plus. Urologist told me incurable. I learned how to roll my muscles using a Rumble roller for hip issue I had. Found my efforts were affecting my peyronies. Was very painful but told my chiropractor therapist of results. Also told urologist who was very surprised  but dismissive of my efforts. Started smoking pot as I found it gave pain relief and didn't want opiates. My rolling continues and pleased to say almost cured. My Bends are almost gone. The plaque is almost gone. My pain is nearly gone. Most pain I ever felt. The penis is a muscle and I rolled out and squished out the fibrous mass. I will be healed completely. My urologist was an ignoramus.  Gave me no treatments or hope and totally dismissive. Will give further updates. Hope this helps somebody.

So happy for you!

Please do up a post in the improvement section and give more info on the copper supplements (dosage, timing etc).

I recommend VED and Traction for restoring girth and length - I'm seeing slow restoration on my end from constant VED.

Thanks,
JJ

jj21

What improvements? How gradual?

How often/how long do use VED? What protocol?

Thanks

MAC - After using VED for 3-4 months I am starting to notice slight increase in girth and less of an overall curve. I still have a semi-erect curve but my fully erect curve is extremely minimal.

I used the protocol on this site, have a look at the VED section. Always pump slow and sometimes you may need to feel aroused to get a proper pump.

Also found Pentox and Cialis daily really helps.

The whole rolling thing is interesting..
It works quiet well with muscles that have similar plaques/calcifications. Breaking them up getting blood circualtion and flexivibility back into the area.

As I understand he applied the rolling on his hip area onto his penis. You can do it with balls, foam rollers or with specific tools.
BUT, if you have an underlying issue, you "bruise easily", you're inflammed, then putting pressure on the plaques or your penis might result in more inflammation and possibly more fibrosis.(same goes of ved and traction)

I can see it working with a settled non active plaque. And it's not the first time someone reported "crushing" the plaque. Risky of course.

I read that too about someone cracking the plaque. A couple of times. Not encouraging it of course, but interesting nonetheless. I read about some doctor cracking it too when doing the manual stretching after xiaflex. Would be funny if that was the cure.

Thanks for the reply jj21?
Are you using the single cylinder or 3 cylinder protocol?
For some reason I can't get an erection with the larger cylinders.

You're not pumping past 50% erections then?

I know that when I noticed the plaques the first time I kept on pinching them, not knowing what it was, and that aggravated the issue. I wasn't in good health back then though.

Later when the situation was settled, I put a fulcrum/hinge right where the plaque sits, during extending. That put a very focused stretch on the plaque and very possibly helped me  "getting at it".

But I think it's highly individual if "crushing the plaques" can be applied in some form.
The consistency and form of the plaques is different for everyone it seems.

Mac - currently using a single cylinder VED from s sex shop. I'm looking into a 3 cylinder VED medical grade which is more effective.

Hey all. Haven't updated my post for awhile. I see some replies and questions to my first post. I learned about myofacial rolling for my hip labrum scar tissue. After dealing with my hip for 2yrs  I was diagnosed with peyronies. I noticed an effect on my penis and mentioned to Dr. My rolling or myofacial or technique for curing my peyronies came out of that. I massage squeeze beat push pull stretch and force my penis to go against my bends. It's like towel rolled up tightly to whip somebody with it. I unrolling my penis kind of. It hurts like hell. Pot is a neuropathic pain relievers that enables my to push through the pain until I feel a definite relaxing and a softening. Then I have relief for an hour or more. This painful process can take up to 6hrs till relief. I was diagnosed in 2017 and today I feel almost cured. I had 2 bends and some really hard bands and a plug on then end of my penis. My hip is healing in conjunction. Most pain ever treating this but had no choice. Without pot there is no way I overcome the pain. I didn't update earlier till I knew I was definitely better. I had no hope from Dr. Can't say if others will have same results. Perhaps ultrasound treatment would work but this was 24/7 and lucky I am retired and had time energy and good dope. I will update again soon. Am planning on slapping my 8in on the urologist desk when I am cured. Have many photos and video for Dr. Good luck all

Ok will continue updated more regular now I am almost cured!!! My process has been incredibly painful. It has taken 3 yrs so far. When I first noticed connection between hip issue and my peyronies I thought I would be cured in months. My hip was so bad that my IT band was a hard as a bone. I had no gluteus muscle. When I was rolling my hip the pain was intense and I felt ripping internally but continued as I was making progress. I couldn't drive without screaming pain so I retired from trucking. So I was breaking down scar tissue and a fibrous mass. At my first meeting with Dr for peyronies diagnoses I told him about my hip rolling and how it was affecting my penis. I had another appt a year later where he expressed surprise at my results. He restated that my condition was incurable and was dismissive. Another year later I booked another appt to show my continued results but he was totally dismissive of my efforts. Idiot. I found pot and realized it's efficacy in helping get thru pain to release. Thus plaque is like glued together muscle fibers all twisted together till like any elastic bands tightly twisted knots form and bulge out and deform. So I stretch twist and pressure the stuck together bands and slowly day by day I have less pain and can feel the bands releasing. I am convinced that I will be cured. I will try to answer any questions. This is a very painful path for healing but I saw no other alternatives. Good luck

i have an hip labrum tear aswell as acetabular impingement, wondering if i should do those,  do you mean the side of the hip you are rolling on?
i have weak glutes perhaps due to nerves getting pinched there, nevertheless still need to do physical therapy before a surgery.

i still cant understand though if you mean massaging your penis is helping or massaging the hip.

I treat my peyronies as I did and continue to do with my hip. Myofacial release and trigger point therapy. So I massage and manipulate all my muscles and because my hip problem was diagnosed first that's where I started. Then diagnosed peyronies. Noticed same effects so do same therapy. Years I grab my cock and balls and foreskin and all muscles going thru hip. All are connected. I roll out the scars and plaque with fingers hands ends of couches and anything that will apply force to affected muscles. Thus is painful and slow and for me impossible without smoking pot. It's a neuropathic pain reliever and helps me go thru the pain and relax the knotted muscles. If u were rolling out a tube of hardened noodles out the end. So I have had to roll out the fibrous mass from my hip and all my stomach and groin muscles. And now for about 6 months I have enrolled my penis. Now my bends and bands are almost gone. I had a plug on the end as well and that is almost completely released as well. It's hard to explain exactly what or how this all works. But it does!!!!!!My entire muscle structure was impacted and so I've had to rebuild them all. I now have gluteus muscle again. My hip scar tissue is healed and I can walk properly again. My pain is almost gone. I had many black days screaming in pain. Incredible pain!!!!!I'm hoping some smart Dr reads my story and can figure out easier treatment modalities for others.  It I know I am going to be cured completely soon and hopefully some else sees this and can also understand the picture I'm presenting about Peyronies.  Thanks

I listened to a youtube for when it comes to Dupuytrens (since it is close to peyronies I also searched those videos) - this crack is exactly what happens...they hear a pop after the xiaflex shot the next day of hand manipulation.

you could try taking Vitamin E to Neutralizes Tissue Damage + Pentoxifylline for Better Blood Flow and a Small Slice of Garlic to Improve Nitric Oxide to Repair Scar Tissue. use RestoreX Traction Device to Shape Penis at Curvature and do NoFap to recover the right way. Apply Hirudoid Cream Daily on Skin. not a trained Professional but best of luck to you guys.

Excellent points. Lowering nitric acid makes sense from the experience iv had.
