Post by: RichardRider01 on January 02, 2021, 11:59:45 PM
I just wondered which method did you find better sucess for with manual traction or a traction device. If anyone with a Manual traction preferences what is your daily routine including sets. NEOV I also seen posted something with manual traction too.

I do both.  Whenever I use the bathroom I perform manual modeling.  I also do half hour sessions with the Retorex.

Hi!
How do you do the manual modeling? Time? Sets? Grip?

What would be best if for example you have a 10 min free time for manual traction?
- 5 sets of 2 min each set?
- 1 set of 10 min?

I also have issues with the grip. I use "ok grip" but it's difficult to maintain the grip for more than 2 min.
