Title: MRI with contrast vs Doppler

I can't seem to find much information about this online, was wondering if any of you guys had any ideas.

What do you guys think would be a better test for assessing blood flow rate and arteries?

For the penis?  If so, ultrasound would be first to try.

Doppler ultrasound with erected penis will show clearly if you have venous leak
