I have peyronies for over one year now.Been to my doctor and urologists no help,per urologist.he says i need surgery,I do not have the sever pain i have herd about, but because of the bend in my penis it is 2 inchs shorter and can not get full erection, at this time very hard to have sex,read many post i am lost at this time any help please. ps my scare tissue runs the full length on top of my penis. meds tried vitamin e and gout meds they did not work.

Reading as much as you can here will give you a good idea of the treatments that are most likely to help with your condition.
Have you consulted a Urologist? If not, you should do so as soon as possible.

First I will say that surgery is the last and not first treatment. In most cases surgery except implant will not help with ED. You have to see a Peyronies expert, you may find one close to you at:

My scare (one of two) is running also from the base to under the glans like a string and makes me an upward banana shape.
