I was just reading this study on the topic.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7062597/

It sounds like stem cells are the current ray of hope in Peyronie's research.

I think I'd be happy to participate in a trial if they can produce results similar to this - in 5 test subjects with a total of 10 plaques between them, 7 of the 10 plaques disappeared completely after stem cell treatment.

Promising, indeed.

Yeah, sorry, I said traction but was thinking VED.

If the lack of blood flow retards or hinders the healing process, I could envision spending a couple hours a day using the VED to pull let's say a half-erection, then release. Then over and over again. Let's say you do that 25 times in a row. Seems like that would circulate a whole lot of fresh blood through the penis in a way two or three nocturnal erections would never do.

Interesting idea ...

Hello Herbie, and welcome. I'm sorry you're dealing with this infernal disease.

You've done a lot by seeking treatment and enduring all the Xiaflex shots. I'm really sorry they didn't help you.

I think you'll find that many here have had some success with penile traction, and there are some studies that prove its effectiveness. Do I think it will cure your Peyronie's? No, but there are many who achieve a reduction in curvature through use of traction. And if you were to get your curvature reduced to a manageable degree, it would make sex much easier, and you may well simply adjust to the "new you" and be content for the rest of your life.

If I were you, I think I'd make that high on my list of priorities to investigate.

Beyond that, there are surgical interventions to straighten the penis. I'm sure you've probably discussed these with your Uro, but that would be a more invasive, but more instantly impactful intervention.

Just a couple thoughts. And again, welcome to the forum.

Regards,
Nemo

I did traction with the pmp
Half of the glans must have slipped out to cause this, thats how it felt like when i took it off, im guessing there was another bubble aswell because as i took it off i felt water dripping.

Regarding red dots on the glans, i have had big red dots since i started using pmp, i thought its pretty common though

It's a tough call. Erections without sex are good. I do take this things and it isn't really working.  Also, when I have sex it seems to set me back.  Why did urologists say its OK to have sex?

I agree with postrocker. Stop doing traction until you see a doctor and everything is completely healthy again. Don’t pop the bubble.

Did that bubble appear suddenly? I mean, you put the pmp on with the glans perfectly and when you took it off there was the bubble?

I use castor oil every time I use the pmp. Also, to take the chamber off, once I’ve released the vacuum, I put again the hose pipe and blow a little to easy the glans slip out instead of just stretching.

I’ve realized that my dents are only visible when I get a nocturnal erection.

So I wake up at night erected, go to pee and see the dents. However if I get the erection throughout stimulation I cannot see the dents.

Also, I feel the penis less full of blood in the nocturnal erections than in the normal erections.

Does this happen to anybody else?

The real big issue here is how much PDE5 + NO supplements you are taking.  Be careful, that is quite a lot.  I completely understand your situation, with the time constraint you've put on yourself for proposing by Christmas.  Why don't you want to try VED? You don't need to use the VED to have sex, but you can use the VED to promote good blood flow.

Do you have any idea why you think you're having Erectile Dysfunction? Do you notice any physical changes in your penis?

I think you need to give yourself a bit of time.  Daily cialis can take up to 24 months to help promote good erectile function. Proposing after 9 months seems a bit soon IMO, but if that's what you want to do, go for it.  Just don't jump into getting an implant until you've given yourself 24 months of using daily cialis.

Hey,

Judging from your curvature, if you attack with cialis/viagra + VED, I think you have a really good shot at recovering.  Please add in something in your regimen that helps with erections. The more erections the better!
