What do you think about use of ESWT therapy in first stage of disease? I found small dent 3 weeks ago then I went to urologist who make me usg, and then I found out that I have 5mm scar in my penis. Is that therapy should be effective when the scar can become more solidify? How is your opinion about this therapy ? It really helps or it's just scam ?
I would highly recommend not too. Shock therapy purposefully causes inflammation to creat more blood vessels to help with erections. Right now you your penis is inflammed so you don't want to cause more undo inflammatiion. I had shockwave therapy done because before I knew I had Peyronie's. I had lain on ereftion and my erections were weak. So I did two sessions of shockwave therapy and that when I developed the dents and hour glassing. I'm not blaming the shock wave therapy but I really believe the added inflammation caused more harm then good
I think you are right, i have additional question maybe do you know any methods how to remove morning erections? I think sometimes when it is stronger it irritate the scar, i am thinking about start
smoke cigarettes again because when i was smoke i havent erection or it was very weak. I have heard that melatonine have side effects and caused problem with erection but it doesnt work on me. I have started use inflammatory agent like diclofenac, and methylopredisoloni aceponas. After that second one swelling dissappear, and i feel only small line of scar. I have heard that after some injections with it can caused that disease reverse in some cases. I will try to find urologist who make it.
I have not heard anything good coming from it. They do have some very nice convincing commercials to promote it. I wouldn't waste my time or $$ on it.
