Title: Can VED worsen erection quality?
Post by: markdubby on July 13, 2021, 08:36:08 AM
hi all

i've been following the protocol here for a few months and so far so good. Last week however I switched to the large cylinder for the first time and after about a week of using it i noticed my erections weren't as solid. I think i might have pumped a bit too much trying to gauge the large cylinder (never to the point of pain or discomfort or bruising).

Now my NTEs are not as solid and i struggle to hold an erection without constant stimulation (although i can get erect regardless of the numerous plaques etc) if i really try. i have been off the VED for a week now and giving the little guy a break from stimulation. also i have a new plaque at the very base which i just discovered a last week. it's quite large/hard so must have been lurking there for a while and i think it creates a lot of general instability to the penis.

am i just being paranoid, or is there a risk of actually damaging some of the veins with repeated VED misuse? would the symptoms of this be more clear (eg pain, discolouring etc)

thanks!

To be completely honest with you. Having this condition and reading everyone's results from these treatments I personally believe traction and ved cause more damage as a whole. You might straighten out your penis but may get erectile dysfunction or venous leakage along the way. The people that do get cured or get alittle better seems more of a spontaneous recover then the actual treatments they were doing.

traction has been working wonders for me so far so not sure i agree.

VED was also great up to last week. my ED problems might also be psychological or due to the plaque rather than the VED, but not sure how this can be determined at this stage

my erections also fluctate so ridiculously one month its fine the next months its severe ED. i havrnt had a spontaneous or night time erection in 4 weeks so no clue whats going on. and im not on any treatments. if you use the ved right it shouldnt cause damage, thats whaz mx dr said. he thinks there is not much that one can do wrong

i never had any bruising or pain, and up to using the large cylinder my erection quality was ok. might just be coincidental as the dent at the base has been getting quite bad recently.

an update on this:

i dont think the VED caused any permanent damage, and my ED issues might have been mainly psychological due to the rapidly deteriorating situation

Erections involve a lot of things.  Testosterone fluctuations, emotions, dopamine ....etc Things can change in an instant when you are worrying about an erection.

Neither effected my erections, as I did both treatments for over 6 months.  I used a SommaCorrect 3 cylendar model executing the "Old Man" protocols, and I used the RestoreX traction device for 60-90 minutes (30 on / 30 off / 30 on, etc ).  My penile health (erections and feeling) only improved, never back stepped. I would just recommend to be careful with the traction and go slow and low until you can handle more to avoid injury.
