Hey guys!
I'm asking the guy here who's had at least 2 surgeries.
Can redoing a surgery improve the circumcision scar?
Because I have to go through surgery again for my residual curvature but my circumcision scar is swollen and painful, can a new surgery improve the scar or not it will only make it worse.
I've seen a lot of specialists in France and I've heard all the possible answers, I'm seeing a plastic surgeon next week, we'll see what he tells me, but I'd like to hear from guys who have had at least 2 surgeries
Thx ;)
I'll take the liberty of bringing up the subject again guys ;)
Thx
It can improve but also get worse, and that doesn't depend just on surgeon skills .
I have had two surgeries, but only one involved degloving. I would say my second surgery didn't aggravate the degloving scar at all.
thanks for your answers guys!
During my first surgery I kept the stitches for almost 2 months, which surely caused the inflammation of the scar.
Thank you Tdix, but what does a degloving consist of?
Hey mate,
I've not had any issues with the scar after my second surgery. I was not circumcised during the degloving process. They let me keep my foreskin in both surgeries. There is a scar which Isn't really noticeable and I've had to point it out to various partners as I've told them about the surgery.
GnarlyRideBro, Hi, How do you feel after the surgery in general? And, Did the surgery return you in your prior pre-peyronie state or at least similar? Thanks in advance.

Really interesting question! Did the second surgery make your erectile dysfunction worse or better?
I'm really afraid to have a second nesbit because of this, I'm really looking for the least invasive surgery
And especially GnarlyRideBro
How much was your residual curvature after your first surgery ????
Alex how a surgery can even improve ED? Best case scenario it won't change
By removing the annoying permanent sutures maybe or in another way, a guy from the forum who after a first failed Yachia, had a plication with Gelman and said that after the gelman surgery it improved his erectile function, so he would lie?
Jack1909, Have you succeeded to talk with Brian Christine? So, how is the process as you tried to talk with him in summer 2020. If no, you can to talk with him a via Instagram urology Alabama page and they will try to contact you with him. Now, I also trying to contact with Dr Brian Christine or Levine either as I think Miroslav Djordjevic didn't completely check me in Serbia recently.
The guy must have been a very specific case suffering from a very peculiar ED, in general any further surgery increase your odds to getting ED from it. It's simply logical if you think about it as your penis is not "virgin" anymore after one surgery: you alway got some amount of fibrosis from it. But I do not want to frighten you off, go for a second surgery if you cannot live with the residual curvature.
Wilson, no I have not had the chance to talk with him but thanks for the tip.

Thank you for your explanations in any case!
I get that the thread is old but I just want to put in my two cents. The second surgery can sometimes improve the appearance of a scar, but it's important to keep in mind that every case is different and the outcome can vary.
