When cold became much more intense, I noticed that my penis seems to be less elastic. It's much more difficult to reach erections. Can cold make temporarirly worse erections?
When it's cold people tend to drink less water and thus have a lower blood viscosity making erections weaker.
100% I have experienced this. I feel most people don't realize this but cold weather definitely causes temporary erectioe dysfunction for people who are already struggling. When I have a warm body , my penis feels elastic and it's very inelastic when cold. Cold weather narrows blood vessels to the penis and all other major vessels. This is the reason why people have more heart attacks in cold weather too. The key is to keep your entire body warm including the bottom of your feet/sole since that retailers your core temeprature. Moreover lack of drinking adequate water definitely contributes to weaker erections too.
Cold weather causes vasoconstriction, and so it seems possible that it would potentially reduce penile blood flow.

I've had ed since the winter of 2021 and for me it never made any difference summer, winter or whatever season it remains the same all the time. I do experience a lot more turtling in the winter season though.
No... cold has no effect on erectile abilities.

I know that when I'm cold it takes me a lot longer to full expand in the VED. When I'm warm I can fully expand within a much smaller timeframe.
Cold and cold plunges are not going to affect your ability to achieve an erection. When you are cold, your scrotum and penis do contract. This is your body's defense mechanism to keep your testicles in a specific temperature range. Sperm actually needs to be maintained at a temperature slightly lower than body temperature. But in cold conditions your body will react to keep the boyz warm.
I do NOT think the season has anything to do with it. Yes, if you are naked in the snow, it might have a psychological and even a physical effect but if you are in a warm bedroom in the winter, how could it possibly have an effect? You might have some indirect issues like "Seasonal Affective Depression (SAD)" but nothing direct.
