Title: Looking for ideas how to do manual traction with uncircumcised penis
Post by: PatP on July 20, 2021, 12:00:09 PM
Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with both traction and VED, and I think my tight foreskin is part of the problem. Now I am looking for ways to do at least manual traction for prolonged periods i.e. 30-60 minutes a day, without needing to have my foreskin retracted during the entire period (this would cause more problems). The way NeoV suggests doing manual traction is pretty difficult for someone with a relativley small flaccid uncircumcised penis.

Any ideas? My first idea would be something that I put over the glans while the foreskin is retracted, that then sticks to the glans or at least grabs it relativley tightly. Something like a very tight condom, only over the glans. Then I would want to pull the foreskin up again over the glans, with the "condom" being in between the glans and foreskin now. I would then have something in place which secures the glans without having my foreskin retracted. Now I could pull on this thing and do traction. I am thinking about something like Phallogauge or any other stretchy material, but that doesn't seem perfect at all. Is there a way to custom fit something? Any other, entirely different ideas?

Of course a vacuum chamber like the penimaster pro uses would be best, but there you have to keep the foreskin retracted all the time. But as manual traction isn't done with so much force, I don't need the crazy stability vacuum chambers provide. Just something with which I can pull the penis somewhat.

Would appreciate help and any ideas you might have!

If your tight foreskin is a problem, how do you manage to clean your penis? Pulling back the foreskin should be possible and not only to do traction.

Thank you for your reply. Pulling back the foreskin is possible, but I don't want it to stay pulled back for a prolonged period (or even minutes). When it is pulled back, it's pretty tight and becomes reddish pretty quickly...

Your foreskin will slightly stretch over time and you should not be worried about it.  I would caution you on doing manual traction.  You have no gauge and idea where the tension is and you could cause further damage.

I do not recommend it, I got worse with manual traction

I'll add to the discussion.

I'm one of growers with the foreskin towards the tip of the penis tighter than the rest of it. My flaccid is usually on the smaller side and has been all my life. Due to whatever reasons, my foreskin opening became tighter recently but not all white and crumbly like a bad case of phimosis. But it's tight enough that if I pull it back, it will sort of strangle and showing clear indentation of where the penis gets compressed. It may slightly affect the blood flow to the glans but barely enough for my urologist to say it's a problem. I asked him for hydrocortisone cream anyway, which I haven't started (want to solve one problem at a time).

I think the OP is probably having similar trouble and thought process.

A note on top of this is that I also have hard flaccid from pumping and doing kegel exercises. It's painful, it keeps the penis in a dense but not erect state. Therefore more prone to injuries. I thought of trying traction, but the risk of damaging a hard-flaccid penis is too great.
