Hello doc, I need answers with some penile issues. I am 25 single. I usually have good erection. Lately I had an incident And I was in deep fear(anxiety) which lead to my penis shrinking inside. Read few stuffs online saw something about "koro" After some days it returned back, but I noticed a lot of wrinkle on it when flacid, secondly it looks a bit swollen, very soft than usual and slightly curved to the left then a bit longer when flacid. Then I ave this weird movement like its retracting. Lately I can hardly hold my erection for a minute and even when I have sex it get to difficult to get it up again like after few min, which was not so. I also find it complex to get turned on or masturbate on my own. Somany development

You sound like you are panicking, take a step back and calm down. Your penis isn't going to drop off. It sounds like you might have injured yourself. So make an appoint with your doctor, get a referral to a good uro who specializes in male health.

Thankyou guys so much, I have calmed my fears, I have also avoided sex for some weeks now to see if the sudden skin fold at the tip and wirnkle would go. . But each time I look at my penis and I see it swollen, I get worried. If feels so soft than usual and I can see a vein on it in flacid state. Please does this mean anything? My morninghood also don't come on a regular. I really want to know. Thanks.
