So, how good is Chinese phentolamine? I have tried it only once and it worked but maybe not as effective as other brands (Vigamed, Vasoviril) I used before. I will try other brands and delivery methods (oral tablets instead of oral capsules), I'll keep you posted on the results.
I would trust a Chinese pharmacy about as much as I would trust a RattleSnake. In fact less. I have picked up about a dozen live RattleSnakes. I would not touch drugs from a Chinese pharmacy that they were shipping to patients out of the country through internet contact.

Phentolamine is still a prescription in the US. You don't want obtain Rx meds from overseas without a Dr orders. Legit Canadian pharmacies excluded. As far as safe? Top quality dog and cat food in the US points out that they do not source from China.
China was the cause of over 5000 dogs and cats dying from melamine . That was a chemical used in plastics. Found its way into wheat gluten in pet foods.
Don't buy anything like that from China

You should always take precautions and consult your doctor and yes, counterfaction is a big problem in China.
On the other hand, saying that anything that comes from China is garbage is ludicrous.
China is not that bad and the west is not that good. The Chinese National Medical Products Administration has been doing a great job and most of the products we use today, incl. meds, are made in China. If you do your research and get your products from reliable websites, you'll have nothing to worry about.

And it's not just China, oral phentolamine is an approved ED treatment in several countries, e.g. Brazil and Mexico.
Phentolamine is a safe drug, it has been around for decades and phentolamine injections are FDA approved for the treatment of ED. It makes no sense whatsoever that oral phentolamine should not be approved, as well.
I have tried two different brands of oral phentolamine and both worked very well. And no, I didn't get my meds from some obscure website, they were bought at local pharmacies by my Chinese forwarder, Oliver Deng.
