Does anyone know a way to improve penile expansion. The plaques seem to prevent full expansion and I am convinced this is a major cause of ed in many peyronies cases.
For sure scarring on the Tunica would inhibit penile expansion (i.e. reduce girth). However, the arteries that provide blood for erections are much deeper in the corpora chambers themselves. I believe there are additional issue that cause ED.
