As I mention he is uncircumcised and cannot, due to tightness and pain withdraw the foreskin and expose the glans for clamping or placing in a suction cup for the Penimaster. From what I can gather, does this make traction devices such as RestoreX and the Penimaster unusable? Is Vacuum such as Somacorrect the best option? Thank you for any comments.
If his foreskin is so tight it will not retract he'll probably want to start manually stretching the foreskin. Meanwhile, he can get started w VED, low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5-5mg) and pentox all to remodel the plaque to healthy tissue.
