Old Man got to where he couldn't type on a keyboard and ended up in a nursing home.
And then he passed a year or so ago. He is greatly missed.

Hi all,

In 2025 I've been using RestoreX for 7 months and gained 34° curve (from 47° to 13°) and length. After 3,5 months I saw that an hourglassing was forming under the glans all around the penis (except ventral part). So not only at the plaque place (which is only left side under glans).

Two questions :
1) What exactly causes an hourglassing effect? What is it exactly ?
2) Can traction cause hourglassing ?

I'm asking because I'm thinking about giving the RestoreX a next 3 months round.

Thank you

Appreciate you taking the time to do these posts. I had peyronies previously, started like at almost 7 length with 6 girth and went down to under 5 with an upward bend and hourglassing that prevented sex as it was so flimsy. Through dedicated traction(restorex) with heat, cialis and PRP shots I was able to restore my girth and get back to 6.5 with a slight banana shape instead of perfectly straight as before. This happened over a period of years. Honestly I was happy with the new shape. I believe it to be a more effective tool for pleasing women. I started dating this really gorgeous much younger lady who was actively dating other guys when we met. I heard through the grape vine she really liked the sex with me and we ended up getting exclusive. I guess I felt the need to impress her even through we had some wild times organically and she would go crazy when I would lift her off the bed and gorilla F~@< her. Problem is when you go from doing that as a finishing move to the main event in your 40s it gets tiring and he go a little soft and slipped out which lead to penile fracture. I had penile surgery but having complications. The there is scar tissue on the right that is preventing the base of the right side to fully expand leading to a weird shape and loss of girth and a half an in. length. Still early on at almost 3 months but more psychologically challenging as all the old pain and fears resurfaced. Also, I blame myself for being so stupid and then I was all freaked out about peyronies coming back I did PRP probably too soon and took some cialis for increased bloddflow and healing, giving myself stiff erections way too soon. Then you add to my insanely hot gf having a huge sex drive. Always down. Always touching me. It is tough to discourage as it is every mans dream. Needless to say, we have been doing it too much even though cleared by doctors. I feel guilty too as we just started dating when this happened and she is not getting the amazing sex with the big thick cock she thought she was signing up for. Granted this may be all in my head and the scar tissue may heal naturally in the going weeks which is common. Anyway, sorry for the ramble. it is great to know that if things dont improve or go sideways there is always another viable solution which your posts reconfirm which brings solace to those suffering.

I went to a urologist the other day and asked him if an ultrasound would help show if there was any calcification in my penis. He said they no longer do penile ultrasounds but that there was some calcification. I asked him how he knew and he said he could feel it. I asked him if anything can be done for calcification and he said "Not really."

Can a doctor really know you have calcification just from feeling the plaque?

What exactly is calcification and how is it different from a plaque that's not calcified?

It's strange because the plaque actually feels like it's getting softer to me than it was some weeks ago. I also had this same problem in the same spot on my penis 13 years ago and it felt just as hard if not harder than it does now. That plaque basically went away on it's own the first time, so I'm really confused.

From my understanding, calcification is a very advanced state of a plaque and something that's irreversible.

Hey guys!

Wow, it's been 7 months- time flies!

Just providing an update, which is really that there is no update lol. Everything is the same. Dick still works great. I have a different girlfriend now, and we've had a lot of sex. I never told her I had an implant but made a general comment that I had a situation with scar tissue on my dick and I had surgery, so if she feels any weird tubing it's from that. I guess you'd call that partial disclosure lol. Great sex, and she loves my dick. Just reasssurance for those out there, I've had nothing but compliments post implant.

Still inflate maybe 1-2 times a week. Same size and all of that obviously, no changes. More than 2 years post op-couldn't be happier with my decision.

From all of the pictures shared here throughout the years and the members accounts, counter-bending was safe!

Introduce Yourself / Re: Peyronie's and excess skin...

Quote from: shanadjiq on January 19, 2026, 10:49:56 AMI forgot to say that the second time I went to the urologist, I told him that things were progressing, i.e. there was a loss of volume, distortion and excess skin. He claims that he doesn't see any loss of volume, but otherwise where would this excess skin come from? When I read the forum, however, I see that other people are also complaining about loss of volume, length, thickness, but excess skin is rarely reported/seen in their photos.

In that case, what you need to do is get on the vacuum device and follow old-mans vacuum routine!

Quote from: Ukguy1234 on January 20, 2026, 05:48:58 AMOut of interest, was that 1cm length gain more of an estimate or are you 100% certain? Is it obvious from pictures?

I know it's difficult when assessing, especially with varying erection strengths and measuring methods.

I measured by stretching the penis straight out when it is flaccid, pressing a ruler against the bone, and measuring to the very tip.

It is 1cm longer now.

Since the penis bends when I get an erection, it is difficult to compare before and after during an erection. But yes, I feel that it is longer even when it is hard.

For me, I don't care that much about the length, the most important thing for me is to get the curve back a little
