Title: 23 year old Venous Leak ED since 18
Post by: Parralel on September 08, 2018, 02:31:05 AM
Hi all,

I am suffering from ED since 18 when I suppose I did some damage to my penis or suffer from degenerative disease.

My VL was diagnosed by caversonometry and unfortunately I have quite a lot leaky veins. Doctors tryed to correct my condition by ligation of the dorsal vein (21). It had somewhat good results in the beginning but now I am back to the state before operation. I am planned for sclerotization of the periprostatic venous plexus this Sunday so that might help me.

What are your suggestions for treating VL? I underwent 3 dopplers without visible fibrosis or plaque. I take 2,5 mg Cialis daily to keep good blood flow.

Thanks

Have you treated full dose PDE5 meds or injections?

I tried 20mg Cialis with 125mg of viagra, I had literally hell's bells in my ears and blue vision. This resulted in a 15 minute somewhat erection. PDE5 inhibitors don't make much difference for me. I have tried 7,5 and 10 units of Alprostadil out of 20 with the same result. Somewhat 2-3 EHS erection. Cock ring can help me with the erection but I lose the last sensitivity in my penis and cannot orgasm.

Sounds like you only have bimix, trimix or implant as other options.

I will first try sclerotizations and ligations as my condition seems to be vascular. PDE5 and ICI don't work because of outflow.

Then I will do TRT and HCG and if that fails I will do stem cells. Implant is the last resort and is not paid by medical coverage.

Hello Parralel, i am 24 years old from Italy and i am really sorry to hear about your condition which is really similiar to mine. I will go through the same path as yours: PDE5i, Embolization/sclerotizations, Stem cells and then, as a final resort, the implant. I really hope that you will have luck with this, but PLEASE keep in touch since your experience can be really important for many which are in your same situation.

I would like to ask something:
1. You said that you want to try  sclerotization of the periprostatic venous plexus. From what i know, this kind of surgery is done in Italy.. Right? Dr. Rebonato, if i'm not wrong. I would strongly like to know if this will work for you, since it is a "new surgery", it was invented only 3 years ago.

2. I would like to know which kind of Stem cells treatment you're planning to try. ADSC? Bone marrow?

Thank you really much for your replies.

Hi,

We are on the same ship and I wish you all the best as well.

1. I don't know where it was invented, but I think it is older than that. Periprostatic venous plexus is right in front of dorsal vein. My uro with radiologist in Prague did this operation 4-5 years ago on other patients. It has poor long term results as well and the radiologist told me it is very hard to reach this are because of complexity of veins in that area.

2. There is a branch of international clinic in my city (Brno).  I sent them just an informative email. I will post you their response. I am unsure of it because of so little real and applicable results.

3. Try fasting or water fasting. It fends off my depression along with anxiety.

4. I do not have any visible fibrosis or plaque. Just bad ED. Oh boy I remember when I was 18 I had rock hard erections lasting more than 1 hour. Just send me other Pm about your situation or about any updates.

Thanks

Thx for advices, Parralel. You forgot to answer to the STEM CELL'S question  ;D

You also said that the sclerotization you're undergoing " has poor long term results". What do you mean with this? You mean that it will not solve the problem in the long term, or you mean that there is a lack of data because of the fact that it was performed the first time 4-5 years ago?
Which results did the other patients have?

The answer about stem cells is 2nd point. I haven't had the time to explore options :). Adipose tissue seems to be good or not?

Periprostatic Sclerotizations will most likely not be a lifetime cure and it hard to do correctly.

I did the Sclero, they were just able to do sclero on my scrotum, they could not reach periprostatic venous plexus. So I guess that I will have to find other fixes.
