Title: How do you know if you have regular Peyronie's or Corporal Fibrosis?
Post by: program4004 on April 16, 2019, 11:36:39 PM
So far I noticed that after a year and 7 months I can now get erections when I want. However, I have a painful flaccid penis, sort of a sore feel. Not unbearable but still annoying. When I am completely flaccid it sometimes constricts where the injury occurred. But when I sit down my penis feels good. No pain or anything. I still have the same sized erections after a year of ED. I wake up with morning wood basically everyday now and even have nocturnal emissions. After masturbation my penis shrinks up and feels sore. Idk if it will get better or worse because I can't seem to tell what I damaged. I hope I didn't damage my dorsal vessel. I heard that damaging that can lead to issues with erections draining and also filling. The damage came from masturbating with a tight grip partially erect. Stupid I know. I had the worst hourglassing partially erect for over a year until March. Now I get erections super easily. But when I wear pants I feel uncomfortable. Idk what to think. Hopefully I hurt the tunica only and didn't mess up my corpus cavernosum.

Sounds like you have seen some improvement as you're now able to get erections.

Consider seeing a doc and getting the ultrasound and following through with the treatments.

My doc could feel fibrosis and advised this can lead to peyronies. Have seen some slight improvements lately with the treatments.

Okay. But does any of this point to fibrosis of the cavernosum or no since my erections are able to become full. Also this is weird but, when I sit down my penis gets way more blood flow to it. Standing up it looks shriveled. Also what does your penis feel like when it's flaccid? And yes, I'm thankful I'm able to still have erections without taking anything luckily. I had a year and 3 months of ED and major hourglassing when I first injured my penis almost 2 years ago. I will try to get help but no medical insurance atm. :/ US medical care is super expensive too. Also I don't have painful erections.

I'd try to get on an affordable healthcare act health plan and obtain an ultrasound, it should be able to diagnose your problems (both flaccid for peyronies and fibrosis) and erect for venous flow issues.

Okay. I'll see if I can. I'm suspecting the damage is quite minimal since I don't have painful erections or any erect deformities. Only thing I'm worried about regarding healthcare is that in my city we don't have many Peyronie's specialists besides Mohit Khera and other Baylor Medical doctors. Also since I'm younger it will be expensive to get it montly. Payment for it can be quite high. Like 250 a month or more. :/ I don't make too much atm. I'm trying to get a new career however.

Here is how my penis looks from flaccid to erect. This was WAY worse when I first hurt it. Hasn't changed in size and doesn't curve or anything. I also got fatter. Put on like 50 pounds. I need to lose 90 to get to my ideal weight.

It feels fine. Like I get morning erections and everything. It's been a year and 7 months since my injury. Once it's September it will be 2 years. When I lie down and sit I always seem to have a semi lol. Also I've cut down masturbation a lot and also use lubricant if I do to prevent any rough grip. I had ED for a whole year and painful flaccid penis it was horrible. Luckily when I actually left it alone and did heat therapy I rehabilitated my penis lol.

I can see where there may have been curvature and hourglassing but it looks like it has improved and is usable.

Was the curvature etc worse ?

There wasn't any curvature. Just semi erect hourglassing. But before this my penis always looked like this. It's the same girth and length. Looks exactly the same way before I hurt it tbh.

I'm glad you have improved bro.. Is the part in the first pic where the skin is shriveled together in the middle the hourglassing? Mine does something similar in a semi erect state as well.

That's the flaccid state. Yeah. But it doesn't happen when I'm lying down or not wearing underwear. So I'm pinning think to just regular fluctuations in blood flow. I'm a grower naturally. Like 3 inches flaccid usually even before I hurt myself. Also my underwear fits tightly because I'm fat lol. I'm suspecting that once I lose weight and get in better shape circulation should be way better. Believe me, it was much worse. Like I had inflammation for a long period of time, couldn't masturbate, hurt to try to lift my penis slightly to even shower. Was super bad. Also I have quite a fat pad too so I have skin scrunching up on my shaft regardless. Also middle pic is my typical semi erect penis now.
