Title: Penile pain when flaccid 5 yrs after stabilization
Post by: Jimmothy on February 26, 2024, 05:08:09 AM
Hello,

I'm currently experiencing some penile pain that comes and goes roughly on the side where my plaque is.

When I was in the accute pain, the pain was sharp and came up when I had erections.
The pain I have now is mostly when flaccid and is more like a discomfort.

Can this pain come from a reactivation of peyronies?

I'm not a doctor, but I have a suspicion that pain like you're describing could be caused by nerve implication from the scar or area where inflammation was present. In other words, lingering nerve damage caused by once active Peyronies Disease.  Again, just my theory, but there are lots of nerves in the penis and it seems plausible.

Regards,
nemo

Thanks it's really weird. It seems to be closer to my glans than the peyronie plaque.

It seems to be related to arousal as my night time erections are painless. And if I go a few days without any arousal it lessens considerably.

I am just very scared it may be a rectivation of peyronie. I made an appointment with an urologist.

Your pain might be effect of some pelvic issue (cpps). I read stories from people, whose tight pelvic muscles manifested like discomfort or pain in flaccid, even flaccid dents. Although you would need to find proper specialist to confirm this. What nemo wrote sounds also like possible cause in my opinion.
