I'm trying to figure out if I do but I need to see a doctor. So no I haven't (yet).

I have what looks to be that, yes. Happened after doing manual stretching. Pain for about 3-4 weeks then corpus spongiosum won't fill very thoroughly pass that point (along with the glans).
