I know there was a big study by martin about how it fails to reach the Tunica, but I just came across this rebuttal, which presents a pretty good argument as the Martin study seems pretty poorly designed with a small sample size.
Given the low amount of side effects from TV it seems like it wouldn't hurt to try especially as a component of multimodal therapy.
I know it doesn't exactly have a positive reputation but I want to try it because there seems to be little to no risk and only benefits.
I did the treatment with verapamil, it was very expensive and I did not see any improvement, it only took away the pain for a few days, I felt ripped off

Urologists overall seem to believe that there is no scientific evidence of topical Verapamil working. There may be anecdotal evidence, i.e. a few people claiming that it led to improving their case. That said, it cannot be concluded across a large sample that any improvement was due to topical Verapamil specifically, holding other variables constant.
The European association of urology:
"There is no sufficient and unequivocal evidence that topical treatments (verapamil, H-100 Gel [a compound with nicardipine, superoxide dismutase and emu oil] or steroids) applied to the penile shaft, with or without the use of iontophoresis (now known as transdermal electromotive drug administration), result in adequate levels of the active compound within the tunica albuginea. American association of urology:

It would trust these panels that consist of experts and with no interest in promoting expensive treatments more than individual urologists-online websites than may have dubious motives for all I know.
It is very expensive but also a non-invasive treatment. If you want to spend your money on something that is not a form of surgery and which may have an effect (although not very likely as the quotes above indicate), feel free to give it a go.

I had to quit the topical Verapamil because it was giving me side effects, like fainting and low blood pressure, but I felt my penis getting somehow thicker, I believe it can work but the side effects were terrible.
Anbil, nothing happened ... it was just a waste of time and money.

Did you do the topical verapamil or the injections?
