Title: cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone treatment showing success
Post by: Michiganguy19 on December 30, 2018, 10:33:23 PM
Peyronie's disease treated with oral weekly dexamethasone and continuous low-dose cyclophosphamide Gupta R, Gupta S - Indian J Dermatol (http://www.e-ijd.org/article.asp?issn=0019-5154;year=2014;volume=59;issue=3;spage=317;epage=317;aulast=Gupta)

Has anyone tried this? What about colchicine?

This is shortening my flaccid penis to the point I can barely walk or sleep on my stomach. For some reason erect length is still 6-6.5 though. Just keeps getting thinner. I need to stop this.

Did anyone else get this from Reactive arthritis? From q chlamydia infection causing inflammation. Even though it's been gone 3 years. Idk what to do. I've been in the active phase for 3 years and suicide seems like the only option. I lost my job because walking like this is uncomfortable. Thinking of going to er. Idk what to say though. Last time I tried the doc just said my penis was bigger than her husband erect so don't worry about it. Was kinda funny at the time but no doc wants to help. Urologist says no way to stop besides stopping as arthritis, and rheumatologist says inflammation levels are low so no need to be treated.

Tried 8 different doctors. All say the same thing

Sounds like you really need to consult w a peyronies specialist.  Meanwhile, you could get started w low dose daily cialis, traction, VED, etc.  please check out the survival guide as well: Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums (https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057)
Please hang in there, you're in the right place for support and can tackle this!
