Title: Painful erection after masturbation
Post by: mystikl on November 18, 2013, 12:39:05 PM
This is my first post here so I'd first like to say hi ! I have had hourglass shape when half erect for over 10 years now after what I think was a penis fracture. The curvature was pretty bad, over 70 degrees to the left, but it straightened out in a couple of weeks, and had little pain.
After a few months I started having painful erections after ejaculating and continue to have them to this day. I also have 3 enlarged  cavernous circumflex veins and stretched out smooth muscle tissue on the right side giving the ridged look. No plaque that I can feel. Also my penis is hard flaccid after masturbation.
To sum it up : erections before ejaculating are mostly painless, slight curvature, hourglass shape mostly when half erect (not very noticeable when erect) but excruciatingly painful erections after ejaculating.
My question is: given the fact that it has been 10 years since the event, could my pain still be from peyronie's and is there anyone else that has experienced the same symptoms?

mystikl,

I don't know if you have seen a specialist, but I would encourage you to do so. I understand your trauma was 10 years ago. But to have a curve for a few weeks and it straighten back out does not sound like Peyronies to me. Which is why I am encouraging you to get to a professional. I would definitely be trying to get a proper disagnosis and see if something could be done to avoid the pain.
