Humira suppress the immune system, I don't know how that can help with fibrosis due to trauma. I have Ulcerative Colitis (inflammation of the colon) and took Humira for 6 months, the side effects were horrible, I was extremely tired all day

No data exists on this being used to treat Peyronies Disease. And this drug has been available since 2012/2013, I haven't found any evidence of a study being conducted.

Not saying that this might not be a potential treatment moving forward, just saying that there might be a reason why a drug used to address one disease is not instantly tried on other diseases.
