Anytime bro. Honestly I wish I had an answer. Most urologists don't even have one (lol)

I've read most of your posts on here and we share many similiarities, I am 4 years in and I feel like it has not really stabilized completely yet, the curve did for me, rather quickly actually, it stabilized and has not gotten any worse with the years but the narrowing and dents seem to. I don't think there is much you can do except traction and VED, though if I were in your shoes I would skip traction completely and get a VED with a cylinder that matches your girth well, that way you can force it to stay straight in the cylinder whilst at the same time promoting good blood flow down there and hope it doesn't get worse.

Some people seem to get worsened dents by traction.

The fact that your urologist said you have scarring pretty much everywhere when performing your ultrasound is no good news. That indeed sounds worrying and I am confused as to why he seemed so calm about it. How is your EQ? that is probably what matters the most in your case. As long as you can get close to max hardness when erect you will at least prevent the ''shortening'' effect. (losing length) It is crucial to have the best possible erections you can have and as long as you can have satisfying sex I guess all is good..

Thanks for sharing. It sounds very interesting. I'll go through the threat and, if there're some accounts of improvement, I'll try it to (got nothing to lose:p )

Cheers

Hi there Sonic,

Thanks for your response.

In fact, I was considering this option for quite a bit of time, but then my urologists told me that there's no way I could get an implant unless it substantially affects my sex life. I'm afraid there're two options: the condition either miraculously stabilises and I keep on living as is or I lose sexual function and get an implant. For now, there's no way I could get an implant so I can only wait

I'm just curious for how long it would be worsening this way? It can't continue forever. Maybe in ten years I'll just have a big piece of collagen instead of my dick lol

To be honest most of us ''veterans'' on here always try to respond to questions best we can, maybe the forum just isn't as active anymore or perhaps the length of your post might have been too long for some to read but I will try answer as best as I can.

First off. There definitely may have been some trauma that happened during your , let's call it 'jeans incident'' (lol)

Pretty much any trauma can set off a cascade of inflammation that may or may not lead to this condition. It is good that you started the daily tadalafil. However there has been no conclusive proof that this stops or helps remove any deformity. It is however good for blood flow down there which leads to my second point. Which is in terms of supplements, antioxidants and such, they pretty much won't do anything for this disease. They are definitely good for your overall health make no mistake, for instance you wrote about coq10, a fantastic health supplement, but if you hope these will help with your deformity, forget it.

The only supplements that are worth it are those that enhance bloodflow. Such as tadalafil that you are taking, try get your hands on some pure L-citruline. Around 3000 - 5000 mg a day is a good dose. Supplements that helps with better blood flow will help with better erections and that is kinda crucial for us with this condition because regular erections of poor quality will definitely lead to atrophy in the long run. So remember to always try have the best erections you can during masturbation/sex to prevent the size loss effect.

VED is a good tool. It helps fill your dick with blood daily but keep in mind use it as a rehabilitation tool and not a dick size increasing tool. There is a protocol on here, look it up. Always pump slowly, make sure you do not have any pain or discomfort when doing it, and once you have reached an erection do not hold it for too long, 30 seconds per hold is a good starting point. With time you can increase it to 1 minute. Do 10 holds per day.

Please do not stretch your dick by hand as multiple people on here has become worse off by doing that. If you wish to continue doing it, do so at your own risk.

I do not know if this was helpful but I tried to be as helpful as I could.

I wish you all the best in the battle with this condition. It is an up and down battle for sure. Some days you feel better some days you feel like you hit rock bottom. This is completely normal. It is afterall our manhood being affected here and that takes a toll on every man. You are also very young so I know how it feels, I got it when I was around your age (26)

Never let the condition get the best of you. No matter how bad things look you gotta find a way to stay positive. If at the end of the day you have gotten to a point where nothing seems to help an implant is always there as a last resort option.

Best of luck!

Hi, everyone

I have just found this forum and this is My first topic.
First of all, I am 50y and diagnosed since 2020. Had a 60 degree curve to the left that was corrected with surgery without graft some months ago. For some reason, it is coming back- a slight curve, numbness in the penis and NTE pain. Just like it was in 2020.
I was using tadalafil and other oral stuff (vit E, coq10, etc.) among a vaccum pump 15 minutes a day (just 50% erection, 12 cycles of 1 minute)
As a was waking Up every night due to pain and couldnt sleep again because of Peyronie anxiety, I had to stop tadalafil and I am only using VED.
Now the pain at night is vary rare, but I am worried about not taking it during the accute phase.
Do you think it is really important? Can the VED alone stop progression?

p11050: I only saw your post now, but I was very impressed. Sorry you went through this.

How is your condition now? Any improvement?

I have never heard of such symptoms, related to this disease. Could you have another health condition that you are not aware of? Have you mentioned this to a doctor? Maybe you could do a physical exam to rule out what I could be.

Not a single response? What the hell? I stayed up all night to write this and no one responds.
