Title: ESWT - Results and experiences
Post by: jj21 on December 05, 2021, 07:21:34 AM
For people who have had the ESWT treatment - how long till you saw any results (if any).

A lot of people have mentioned it helped with ED, wondering if the results were immediate or weeks after the therapy ended.

I did 6 sessions and made my deformity slightly  worse, my erections got worse also. I hate to be negative but I'm just being honest, but is just my case, can't speak for other guys

Immediate help for the pain, ESWT stand alone is not enough to see improvement, need ultrasound 3mhz too and a lot of supplements and atopical stuff like lime outer skin, oils, vit e and the list goes on and on...
cheers

Could you share what device was used?  Who provided the treatment (a Dr. or a specialist or a nurse/clinician)?  What you paid?
How long had you been dealing with the condition?  What is the rough curvature?  Did you have pain prior to starting treatment?

I have microcalcifications, I do not have a plaque, is just basically fibrosis. The Doctor that did the Shockwaves told me that it won't do anything for my narrowing but would improved my erections and that it won't make it worse, well I got slightly worse.

I've had similar underwhelming expeirence with shockwave. Vetted the clinic and the machine they used for efficacy - went in for two sessions and started to expierence soreness after. Stopped the remaining sessions. By curve worsened slightly. According to the clinic and my urologist - negative reactions to shockwave are incredibly rare. I also have fibrosis - no plaque.
