Title: Question about supplements if they cause bad side effects
Post by: samsung on June 11, 2019, 01:55:27 PM
I want to take Pentox, carnitine, arginine, and ubiquinol.

So far, since I took it 2 days ago, the carnitine and ubiquinol cause tremendous anxiety. I stopped them both.

And the jury is out on Pentox since I just took it 2 hours ago.

My question is this. I need to take these, but I am not willing to suffer bad anxiety. I am also in PAWS from benzodiazepines. So I am already in a highly anxious state.

All the rest, nausea, blah, etc. Don't care about those.

What do I do? These supplements are necessary. But I don't want to end up in jail or jumping off a building.

Carnitine can give people energy. Common in pre-workout supplements.

Try cutting it or lowering the dose.
