Three weeks ago I was masturbating and I held my ejaculation. I did his about three times I think..to last longer. On the last attempt of doing this my penis popped and I immediately saw it get deflated. I was in pain. I notice that my penis girth was drastically changed...it got a lot slimmer in flaccid and erect. My penis felt fine. Then about a week later I happened to have an erection and it popped again and it got even skinnier. The pops were internal feeling of pops . No noise associated with it. I saw 6 urologist because all of them said wait and see which I couldn't take that as an answer. This last urologist acted quickly and prescribed me verapamil gel. He said I'm developing early case of peyronies. I've read that verapamil gel is not that effective? Any thoughts? Also I was given no test such as ultrasound or anything. So I don't even know if this is the right diagnoses. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I've lost an incredible amount of girth and I would hope it would go back to normal because I am really depressed. Please any help on what my problem could be and if the gel is right for me?
I know this is not what you want to hear after visiting 6(!) urologists, but you really need to find one willing to give you a proper examination. You need a penile Doppler ultrasound to see what the injury actually is, whether it is related to trauma in the structure of the penis or if it is bloodflow related.
I don't know what could create a popping sensation, but it is something that has been mentioned by quite a few people before. Verapamil gel did reasonably well in studies, but there are almost zero reports of success out in the real world so it is hard to give a definitive answer on that one.

So I have a penile fracture it's been a month so it's too late for surgery. The doc gave me cialis and rest for two more months. He said there's really no chance I can get my size back but suggested maybe vaccum devise might help regain some size. If anyone thinks I should be doing something else please comment
