Thank you both so much, I appreciate this site very much. There is so much insight and questions covered on here. It's hard to keep up with everything. Also, I was linked the survival guide, but I'm having trouble opening it, I've also tried using the search option to avail. Is there a specific place I could find it?

Best wishes
It's a little rough at first.
But you will make it.
Read other people's journals on here. It will give you a lot of insight as to what to expect.

Quote from: novalucy on July 13, 2024, 07:10:01 AMNizagara 100, a medication containing sildenafil, is used to treat erectile dysfunction. The duration of its effects can vary among individuals but generally lasts around 4 to 6 hours. The onset of action typically begins within 30 to 60 minutes after taking the medication. Factors such as age, overall health, dosage, and other medications can influence the duration and effectiveness. For the best results, it's recommended to take Nizagara on an empty stomach, as food, particularly high-fat meals, can delay its absorption and onset.

If you have specific health conditions or are taking other medications, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Other ED Meds: Malegra 200 | Vidalista Black 80

I've been considering trying it out, so it's good to know what to expect. The 4-6 hour duration sounds pretty standard for sildenafil-based meds, but it's interesting to note that food can affect absorption. I'll definitely keep that in mind.

Quote from: GaussRifle on July 27, 2021, 06:16:26 PMI don't quite know how long is a regular erection supposed to last without physical stimulation? I start losing my erection if I stop physical stimulation. As far as I remember,  I have always been this way since around 20.  Doctor has already did a doppler and reported excellent inflow and detected no venous leak. I take cialis 5mg everyday and while it does help me get "harder" , I still start losing erection if I keep it unattended for more than 15 seconds. Also, I notice longer lasting morning woods than when I try to stimulate myself. I know from Hawks answer that morning woods come from a different pathway being activated. I want to hear from you guys, do you guys touch your penis and have a raging boner for minutes?

Hey, I can relate to your situation. I've always wondered about the 'normal' duration of an erection without physical stimulation too. From what I've read, it's not uncommon for erections to subside without continued stimulation. But I'm no expert, so I'd love to hear from others who might have more insight.

As for me, I don't usually get a raging boner for minutes just from touching my penis. I mean, I might get some initial excitement, but it usually doesn't last long without further stimulation. Morning wood is a different story, though - like you, I've noticed those erections can be more persistent.

It's good to hear that your doctor ruled out any underlying vascular issues.

A dedicated fund for researching Peyronie's disease is long overdue. Hopefully, this will lead to some breakthroughs in understanding and treating the condition.

Welcome Everlastingeverything to the forum and thank you for filling out your signature line. Please download our survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html.

So your erections are fine and you have no pain. Just an indentation on your shaft when you are flaccid. You are worried that you may have the start of peyronies? First things first is to get checked out by a peyronies Dr which can be difficult to find one. A lot of Dr's will say that they can treat peyronies but don't even have a clue.  Get an erect ultrasound if possible to see what is going on. Study the survival guide and eductate yourself first.

Worrying about your penis can cause you way more problems than you realize. Pain is also something to watch out for. Men usually do take Cialis or like drugs for helping with peyronies in healing and erections. Another form of peyronies treatments is traction and VED. Traction helps stretch things out and also prevent loosing size/girth. The two most used traction devices are the Restorex and the PenimasterPro. I would also say that you need to get some preliminary measurements of your penis size erect and flaccid just for a baseline in case things change.

One thing is good that you are catching this early on and very well maybe nothing.
Just keep a mindset that this is a marathon and not a sprint in regards to peyronies treatments. Also keep the worrying and obsessing in control over your penis as this does cause a lot of unwanted problems.   :)

Welcome aboard! You are amongst people that understand you very well. Try to stay calm first and foremost. Look for the survival guide here, and read as much as you can.

Also have a look at this site  from Dr Trost which is a leading expert on this disease on what works and what doesn't, since there is a lot of misinformation out there. After that, keep monitoring your condition. If it progresses tackle it with the conservative treatments, keep measurements and take pictures. That will help you track and see if it's worsening or stabilizing.

Stay with us!
