So it's been almost 2 years since my injury. It's basically been treated with just home methods. I had ED for about a year and I still have occasional hard flaccid. Also occasional hourglassing when partially erect. I'm wondering if when masturbating while semi flaccid with the hard grip strength I used compressed the dorsal vessel. Just throwing a theory out there. Because my full erections look normal and feel fine. I still get nocturnal erections and some random ones. It's just, there's no way I still can have a hematoma right? Anyways just throwing that theory out there. And my flaccid penis tends to feel tender a lot, but idk if it's because I drastically reduced how often I masturbate.
Areas tend to be prone to the hematoma, for whatever reason. I think this is because certain areas become damaged, get inflamed, and then fibrotic, so there is less room for blood to really move around. I think over time these areas can improve, or worsen if you aren't careful or treat it at all.
As for an actual blood clot, I think that's unlikely but if it happened it would be in your arteries running into your penis.

Impossible to have a clot in the arteries of your penis or the veins. I mean - possibly if you had endocarditis or sickle cell or something. I am assuming you are not an IV drug user.
Clots in veins only really happen in areas of stasis like the legs. Called a DVT. So the answer is no.
"Hematoma" also is never permanent. Primary and secondary hemostasis are controlled by tPA in your body. If not you would have clots everywhere and you would die - so this obviously is not the case.
Okay. So this soreness I feel is more than likely scarring of some sort. I have another question. If my erections can fully fill put, then does that mean I have no corpus cavernosum scarring?
