Title: Penis unstable at base.
Post by: Sonic on January 27, 2023, 01:39:18 PM
Anyone else who suffers from this? This is without a shadow of a doubt my main problem right now and I don't know if it's due to the Peyronies or tightness/weakness in the surrounding muscular or pelvic floor areas. My curvature has stabilized since long ago. I've got a a dent on the right side of the shaft, when erect the penis feels extremely unstable at the base, it wobbles and moves from side to side very easily and I do not dare to have sex in this state.

Prior to this disease it was very rigid and stayed in place. Now it only stays in its place if I flex my pelvic floor muscles but as soon as I let go it becomes unstable and wobbly again.

This is a serious issue and I feel I am left in the dark over this because years have gone by and it's still the same. No improvement at all.

Does anyone else relate when reading this? If anything helped you with this please tell me, it has ruined my sex life...

This post describes my exact issue

Since my injury 9 years ago, it's been unstable at the base and only like ~70% firm

I tried a penis ring by myself last month and it improved stability and erection quality. The ring was too tight though, so I need to find a suitable one

As you know I have the same thing as you, my problem starts at the root of the penis, basically the shaft area where the testicles are located, this problem started 2 months after I got a O Zone combined with PRP shots, this is creating me instability, I will start with traction, I will tell if helps or not

Do you guys exercise? Maybe do more squats to relax / oxygenate this area?
