Does anyone have any suggestions?
Found one for growth on the net(bathmats x30) which had very slow build up which I'm following as I'm nervous to do more harm than good!
E.g.
Week 1:
Day 1: Pump: 5 minutes
Day 2: Pump: 6 minutes
Day 3: Pump: 7 minutes
Week 2:
Day 1: Pump: 8 minutes
Day 2: Pump: 9 minutes
Day 3: Pump: 10 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
You get the idea - also recommends not doing to erect state for a few weeks.
We have a recommended approach and it is posted in the VED board on the forum. It does not include anything with water or Bathmate.
Also, the only study done w VED was nothing like this. Basically pump and hold for 3 minutes w a brief release and repeat for a total of 10 mins x 2/day.
Thanks both. I saw the different protocols based on cylinder numbers. I read water bed may be less risk due to water heating tissue and making harder to over pressure so wondered if protocol was different - guess not. Thanks!
