I'm 32 years old. Currently working here in United Arab Emirates. I'm working in the medical field. This gives me a Iittle bit of an idea about Peyronies. I recently went to a urologist 4 days ago to confirm if my penis bent to the left has something to do with peyronies. I also have a lump in the upper left side of the body of the penis near to the glans and experienced penile pain whle having an erection last November 2018.
The appointment with Urologist is not very successful. He didn't even look at my penis. He just agreed to my own opinion that I am suffering from Peyronies disease.
He just told me to continue my ALCAR 500mg 3x a day
He also told me that i can continue my current dosage of up to 1000mg twice a day.
I am doing alternative treament right now
Acetyl l carnitine 1000mg twice a day
Vit e 400 iu once a day
Castor oil application 1x to 2x a day.
I started the treatment 5 days ago.
This forum is very helpful to me. I am physically and emotionally devastated right now. I am really depress about my current situation.
We are also planning to have a baby by next year.
I am asking for your help guys.
I am looking for a urologist who have expertise in Peyronies disease here in UAE. I hope you can refer me to specialist urologist
My erecetile pain is gone but i still have deformity lateral going to the left. Probably 30 degrees.

Thanks garrymart for ur reply. I was a liitle bit curious about the penile pain. It started november and the pain subsided after in less than 3 months. Is that normal with peyronies? Now actually i am pain free.
Yes, the pain usuallly leaves in the early phase. You may need to pull your own treatment plan together yourself in the UE. Consider pentox, low dose daily cialis or viagra, and VED or traction to stop any progression and to remodel the plaque to reverse current damage.
