Hey people, I know xiaflex is often used to inject one plaque that causes a bend, but how about hourglassing and loss of size. Is the drug worth anything if there is not really one plaque but some scar tissue all over? I don't have a bend but I defitely lost size/shape and I'm wondering if xiaflex could do anything for me.
Possibly in future when everyone wakes up and starts using ultrasound guided microinjections for the stuff, but not right now.
