Ever since peyronies started I have not been able to squirt out semen during ejaculation, it just dribbles downwards. I noticed after peeing as well towards the end there is a bit of pee that just dribbles downwards. Neither of these happened pre-peyronies.
Could this signify damage to the Urethra? Or be caused by the bend (I have a significant semi-erect/flaccid bend/twist)? Or due to the fact that erections aren't as strong so the semen is not squirting out?
If anyone would have any info it would be greatly appreciated. Even just knowing what's causing these issues helps a lot psychologically.

I'd love to hear others answers as well. I've noticed that after Peryronies when I'm ejaculating it feels like there is a lot coming out but hardly anything actually shoots out, once it starts going limp- the cum starts oozing out. I wonder if the bend does block some of the release?
Thanks Bent, I'm really wondering the same thing. Unfortunately urologists couldn't give a straight answer.
Mine comes out o.k. but it burns after. Like urethra is burning. Sorry, that's not what you asked. Don't want to hijack thread.
Samsung - that's okay. Have you checked for STDs? HAven't heard of burning caused from peyronies before.
