Title: What did you eat?
Post by: YoungPrince on November 08, 2022, 04:42:55 PM
If peyron is some sort of an autoimmune condition then there is something not working exactly well with our immunsystems and our immunsystem is basically is our gut so i invite you to a little mapping here.

I wonder, what was your eating routin when you got this condition? I speak about things that were constant for years in your routine.

I know, every case is different but who knows? Maybe we will find something common.

I usually ate the following:

Whole meal bread(56%Whole) I ate daily about 200-300g.
Chicken ham(gas sealed) daily about 150-300g.
Alpro milk substitue products. 200-500ML.
Eggs. (two at least)
Mineral water(2,5L without carbonation).
Decaf coffee.
Magnesium drink with b vitamins (750ML) - no sugar, only sweetener. (every fkn day).
Protein bars. (2-3 type). With sweeteners or usually with 10g sugar max.
Light Cheese(gas sealed). 25-70g.
Tomato(the small or baby ones) 250g/two times a week.

The things that i never really ate are nuts and more type of vegetables.

I can honestly say that I have always tried to eat healthy, but I have also had to deal with internal inflammation for a long time. I have to watch what I eat especially red meat as it can cause gout in me. I suffer from arthritis in general and have to keep inflammatory foods to a minimum.

I've always tried to eat good.  Now I eat even better.  It's been a little over 50 days with eating healthier, I cut out bread, pasta and rice and cut out snacking in the evening times during the week.  Basically no eating after about 5:30pm except for weekends, I do enjoy ice cream.  I've done everything naturally I can possibly do to improve.  Besides a stronger morning erection here and there, not much more of a diff.  In the mornings the length would be there but the quality was thumbs down.  I'm sticking to it and keep hoping for more improvements.

Everything I've done naturally are the following:

Low carb diet (I've actually lost 10lbs but I've never had a weight problem so I'm being careful)
No porn
No masturbating (also been over 50 days)
Avoid sitting for long periods of time
More sleep
Drinking more water
Less coffee
Breathing exercises for less stress

Maybe I'll post this again in a new topic so more can read it.

Good luck to you.
