Title: EGYDIO grafting technique for congenital curvature?
Post by: wrinkle defense on March 20, 2020, 02:49:38 AM
Hello. Please understand my poor English.

I have congenital curvature only ventral direction about 40-50 degrees.

There are so many papers and articles about EGYDIO's geometrical insicion and grafting technique for treatment of Peyronie's

Disease but no for congenital curvature.

But, I prefer grafting technique because of preserving penile length. In my country, Cheonjin Park, an urologist(maybe only

him), uses EGYDIO's geometrical incision and grafting technique for penile curvature, and he has uploaded so many videos in

which he's performing EGYDIO's technique to penile curvatures, since about 2015.

Here's one surgical video link below among so many videos about it.(NSFW)

So I called his hospital and he answered that he uses EGYDIO grafting technique for not only Peyronies Disease, but congenital curvature too.

And, in Dr. Egydio(Paulo Egydio, an urologist in Brazil)'s homepage, he's saying,

"Application of the Egydio Technique to Treat Congenital Curvature
As with Peyronie's treatment, the Congenital Curvature can also be treated using the Egydio Technique to ensure that the smaller side of the tissue is matched to the larger one. This will ensure that the penis size is lengthened rather than reduced.".

Judging from two doctors' words, the results of their EGYDIO grafting surgeries applied to Congenital Penile Curvature were

fine, I suppose, weren't they?

Is there anyone who had grafting surgery to congenital curvature or has any information about it?

Attached below are pictures of penile curvature of mine.(NSFW)

Thanks for taking the time to read this, have a wonderful day!

I would really keep myself away from anyone offering a grafting surgery for treating a penis which is curved but HEALTHY. You would put yourself at risk of developing unnecessary post op complications which are higher than any other surgery.

I'd advise caution as well.

Honestly... that looked like my Penis... prior to a 16 dot Plication surgery.
Took 45 minutes... almost no pain post op.  Only 28 days post op... so haven't had the pleasure of using it yet... two more weeks.  Shortening is minimal...
here the video of my actual surgery...

No partner is gonna care if you dick is a tad shorter.
My surgery has the easiest recovery of all invasive procedures... with minimal risk of infection

Thanks for your informing that link and video. It's helpful to me.

however,

https://blog.drpaulo.com.br/en/blog/egydios-technique/definition-indication-and-necessary-care

In this page, "As with Peyronie's treatment, the Congenital Curvature can also be treated using the Egydio Technique to ensure that the smaller side of the tissue is matched to the larger one. This will ensure that the penis size is lengthened rather than reduced." in congenital curvature paragraph.

It means grafting to shorter side, isn't it?

I am very interested too.
According to his blog he uses a new egydio technique which consists in making micro cuts at the level of the tunic which allows to lengthen the shortest dimension, and without graft. If people have undergone this operation on this forum it would be nice to have testimonials.
