From a colleague of Dr. Franklin Kuehas, as far as i know. Correct me if am wrong. Found the video very nice, as i had never seen it before.

I agree, there should be some guidance, rather than relying on just "touch and feel" location of the plaque

IF this became standard, along with better guidelines for modelling after injections, then I think xiaflex results would improve greatly. I'd still only consider it with a doctor who'd done many dozens before me though.
